I have been disowned from the property. peaceful possession

Issues: #Domestic Violence, #Property Issue
Property: 42 Square Yards, 4 Floors, All under Parent possession, Self Acquired not ancestral.
Document: Power of Attorney

I have been always a unwanted child for my parents. Emotional abusive situations, Physical Abusive situations were happening with me before marriage. Only younger brother used to get all the attentions. I was under depression and managed somehow my life to survive in this family.

Strong Points:
a. I had a fight with mother after 3 months of marriage and Due to some arguments I ended up shouting on mother. My younger brother slapped on my face due to heated arguments in the family. He shouldn't have done like this because parents are there to take action.

b. I left my home as I was told to separate my kitchen on my dedicated separated floor. I thought these family issues will happen again and again I thought this is not the right place to live.

c. Parents has legally disown me from the property under younger brother influence.

d.. He (My Brother) abused me and slapped me that’s why I left home as I wanted to stay my wife safe. Now I have been blessed with daughter and it would be difficult for me to survive on Rent when I have my parent home available.

e. He calls me and threatens me and abuse my wife and daughter (Newly Born: 27th August, 2017) and say don’t try to come at home as he has done everything to keep me out legally.

f. I am living on Rent with my Wife and Daughter and I want my right. I want to stay in that home.

g. Grand Father already lodged complaints many times in the Police Station for Domestic Violence with him.

h. He (Younger Brother) influences mother to do everything and she does it. Dad doesn’t rule; Mom Rules.

i. All relatives are on my Mother side.

j. Peacefully possession required.

Please show me the way.
Now I have been facing difficult issues living outside home as my Job is also not safe. No financial support

this agriculture land is said to be ancestral or not?

I have given all the required detailed information of that land in the following. This is very difficult case so I have not decided the land is ancestral or not.it is very interesting and more difficult.Please read carefully and guided me as soon as possible. My mother's father have land. my mom's father has got that land by his father's of father(great grand father) in 1964 by will. Because of my mom's grandfather was died after the birth of my mom's father.my mom's father birth in the year of 1949.and my mom's grandfather is died in the year of 1952.at that time my mom's Great grand father not partitioned of his land.The great grand father had two sons my mom's grand father and another one. Here the matter to be mention that my mom's great grand mother was joined with my mom's great grand father by SECOND MARRIAGE. And that two sons my mom's grand father and his brother borned by 1st marriage of great grand mother.after the 2nd marriage of my mom's great grand mother giving birth 1 GIRL(my mom's grandfather's sister).after some years The great grand father of my mom had made the will in the year of 1960. The great grand father had made that will on the two name. 1st the another guy who is my mom's grandfather's brother and 2nd on my mom's father because as I know before my mom's grand father is died at that time .And the small part of land giving to that girl by will.(my mom's grandfather's sister which is borned by 2nd marriage of my mom's great grand mother). My mom's great grand father had gotten that whole land by inheritance by him father( means my mom's great grand father's father) in 1924.so definitely at that time the land is ancestral.then how they were successful to make will? The will was executed in 1964 after the death of mom's great grand father. and the land were divided into two large part and one small part between my mom's father , my mom's grandfather's brother,and mom's grandfather's sister). Now my mom's father is decided to sell that land and will buy some new property on the name of their two sons(my mom's brothers).He want to neglect my mother. Now my mother can claim on that land before my mom's father will sell the land??? It is said to be ancestral property till now????The land chain start from 1924.(my mom's great grand father's father's time) Please give me some information as soon as . The land is situated at the posh area of the city. it's market value is in the crores now.

Property Transfer on my name

Hi My Name is Savio Martin's residing in Kopar Khairane Navi Mumbai, My Mom and Dad purchased a flat in the year 1994, Sale Deed Power of Attorney, and all the cidco documents where given to to my mom along with a blank file which has the first party have to my mom when he purchased the flat, I am the only son in my family I don't have and siblings my mom did not transfer the house on her name since then. I lost my dad in the year 2010 and my Mom in the year 2012 The house is still on the first party name inspire of we being the owner of house electricity bill has his name, Property tax has his name as well in the society, I have being paying all the bills Society, Electricity, Property tax, I have my Moms death certificate and all the house legal documents, I need some help in getting the house transferred on my name, My mom's mistake was she did fill the stamp duty and cidco registration, Hence I am facing so much problems. Daughter in Law demanding Father's in law property

Daughter in law is demanding for father's in law self owned property after her husband died(son). Does she have the right to the father's in law property?

Settlement deed life intrest

Hii my grandmother has property and she wants it to be given to my father after she passes away so we wanted it to be done as SETTLEMENT DEED LIFE INTREST
So if it is done will she able to change the document again in her life time
Will the mentioned person in the document only can have the rights of owenership after her lifetime?
