i am a small llp partnership who engage in developing software for improving medical surgeries. My question is when can TM be used?
I have read online contradictory views that 'TM' can only be used once a person has applied for registration or when registration is pending. The other view is that TM can be used without applying for registration and there is no need to apply for registration to use TM.
Please help me.
Thanx in advance.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a property of land in Kolkata and the owner has left the will and power of attorney because of health problem and demise .
The property has now been probate issued by high court with court fees in my name as per agreement and will .
But still some confusion is there whether stamp duty is mandatory in such case after probate and mutation done by having any risk in future aspects as per property act.
One of my friends lawyer said I have to pay stamp duty or you may risk in future as there is supreme court judgement
