Dear Experts, We are new members of registered co op hsg socieity which was formed in year 1995. As a chairman of new managing committee I revealed that founder member cum chief promoter of society (as the builder / developer had left the building unconstructed) had completed the building with consent of society members at then duly completing all the required legal procedures and obtained building completion certificate.The indiviual i.e. chief promoter holds two flats in our society but has only one agreement for sale and not ready to pay society charges for 2 flats. He does not attend society GB & SGB meeting in which the resoltions are passed to levy society charges for 2 flats and completely stopped paying monthly charges since last 8 months. Also society records (handed over by him to the new committee) shows his agreement for sale is not registered. On contrary he had issued a legal notice to the chairman of society not charge the levy on two flats. Our managing committee had also replied & isued him legal notice through advocate high court for payment of society charges for 2 flats and submit photocopy of Registered agreement for sale. As on date his due with socity had crossed Rs. 50000/-What should be our next step?
Can the individual be charged by the society for payment of legal fees required to be paid for legal proceedings (since Dy.Registrar co societies has objected for the same)?

My grandfather has written Dhana pathiram (not sure what we say in english), to my mother, now, can my mother register this land in my name, will i have all the rights to sell this anytime or to give to anhone i wish. My grandfather has a son (ie, my uncle), can his sons claim for the property eventhough my grand father gave it to my mother, basically i wish to know, what are the advantages and disadvantages in giving it as dhanam.

Sir,
I have fix safety door 1 feet outside the main door. which is not troubling anybody. I am not distrubing any society's property like camera,floor lights and windows. Still commitee insting me to remove the safety door and fix it along with main door. if I have not removed the commitee will be removing on their own and I have to pay expenses through monthly bill.
is it not legal to use our varanda or 1 feet space next our main door or not?
without my permision Can commitee remove my safety door?

Scaling(measurment) of field
my tehsil is mohamdabad, ghazipur (U P). some part of my field is covered by neighbour. i filed an application to tehsildar to order for measurment of my field. tehsildar orderd but local field-man i.e LEKHPAL and his senior officer KANOONOGO are not ready to measure, they are asking for Rs 5000 to measure. I have already deposited their one-day payment to govt. what to do ? tell me some another way also
