Mandaps erected for functions next to my window

Dear Experts,

I am currently a member of a CHS n Mumbai, Maharashtra, my Society passed a resolution in the SGM permitting the use of open spaces for functions and parties quoting bye-law 70.

The problem is that the open space that is permitted was shown as a garden area in the building plan, it's a small open space and when the mandaps are erected they block my window and access to fresh air and the noise and nuisance that occurs during these functions are horrible, including the garbage that left for me to view until it is cleaned is an eyesore.

since they have quoted a bye-law, can I in anyways persuade our society or take any legal action for preventing this nuisance, only the ground floor people are affected by this.

Regards

Death of co-borrower of loan

My Uncle passed away three months ago. My Uncle had availed Mudra Loan for Business, Car Loan (His wife is co-borrower) and Home Loan taken jointly by self, his wife and his son. After his passing away, we informed the Bank of his demise. Now, the Bank before transferring the funds from his savings account to registered nominee's (his son) account, had cleared the loans availed by him.

The Mudra Loan was entirely cleared.

For the Car Loan, the loan was availed in 2016 and the EMI's had regularly been deducted from his wife's account. Now, the Bank wiped the entire outstanding dues from the savings account, without any intimation to his family members and nor to the co-borrower of the loan, his wife. Is this justifiable on the part of the Bank to clear the dues without any intimation.

Because of this, the family is facing financial difficulties. We have filed the internal complaint with the Bank, but they keep on responding the transactions done to clear the loans.

IS NOT THE BANK REQUIRED TO INTIMATE EITHER TO THE FAMILY MEMBER, OR NOMINEE OR CO-BORROWER OF THE LOAN?

What is the remedy available?

Risk of sending the product for repair.

Respected Lawyers
I purchased a mattress from a store and within a month it started sagging and also had pungent chemical smells. I reported the case to shop and manufacturer and they picked up the mattress to their factory. They said that had repaired the mattress by replacing the foams inside mattress. The product was shipped back to me. Within a week the mattress started sagging again and also the same chemical smell. I called the shop and manufacturer about the same and asked for refund, to this they are saying refund is not possible and I need to send the mattress again to the factory for repair.
Now I am not comfortable to send it back as I doubt their intention. When mattress is inside their factory they can make a false claim something like water damage etc to reject the claim.
Also if they claim any such thing will it be difficult for me to file a consumer case against them?
will it be a week case?
Should I straight away file a consumer case against them?

Thanks and Best Regards

Requirement of kyc

To
All senior respected experts
The Brief fact is:
The Company with which i am concerned have a guest house which they want to give on hire to organize various religious ceremony.
For booking of this house they use online booking and payment system.
The Company engaged a Payment Gateway Company to facilitate the above referred online booking and payment system.

That Payment Gateway Company give us a FORM called KYC wherein various details of the company are required to filled up.
When we ask them that "Is it mandatory, their reply is as per RBI guidelines it is."
But going through RBI guidelines on KYC their is no such compulsion of giving filled up KYC to any one (including a Payment Gateway Company).
Now my query is can anyone claim KYC from their customer(here from our company) by just referring RBI guidelines.
I think it is a vital issue because general customer is quite unaware of coverage of such guidelines.
Your views might be very helpful to us.
