Respected Sir/Madam,
I applied in college for professor assistant (job). I submitted xerox copy of cast certificate (OBC) but then-after my original cast certificate missed.
Now I bring new original cast certificate, So is there will be any problem about cast certificate for job? because both cast certificate number is different. Please tell me what should i do?

My father was a govt employee, he passed away from the earth, I am claiming job on compensation grounds of job of my father, but verification of documents, it was found that, my caste and my father caste are different mistakenly my caste was changed without my knowledge, but both are comes under the Category-II. Can i file civil suit before jurisdictional civil court, shall it become mentainable, please provide solution to me, because some persons told me that, it vests before High court, the jurisdiction of civil court was osted. Please provide solution. Thanking you.

My grandfathers are two brothers one is hindu and the other is christian.My family is Christian.My father died when i was 2 years age.Now My cousin from the hindu family.he got Schedule caste certificate as his tribe is namasudra.Now i have done the online form fillup and I wrote OBC2 which give Christian converted from Schedule caste.Now the counter person is asking you too have to write namasudra.If i give namasudra i would be a Hindi.What should i do to prove him?

dear sir,
my house maids daughter got a job in the banking sector {sbi}five years back under sc reservation. she was married with a christian boy by taking conversion in to Christianity recently one month back . now they are having the following doubts.
1 whether she looses the job or
2 she looses the reservation facility in further promotions from the date of conversion
kindly reply as they are ignorant of the issue.

I want to ask that whether one can do a side job like teaching or start a business while being a govt. officer or while working in a PSU ??? Is it legal ?? If not what is the punishment ?? I have seen many people doing it...

My grandfather died 10 years ago. He and my grandmother have 3 sons. The youngest died last year. My grandfather has a property of about 2 crore. My uncle wants that the regestry of the house to be in the name of my grandmother so that after her death he can have the whole of it. He does not want to share the property with my father who is the oldest. I want to kmow that is it possible to have the regestry done for my father, uncle and grandmother?

Procedure for impleading parties in writ petition
I have filed writ petition in A.P high court as Party in person against JNTU-H registrar for not awarding prefix Dr. on the provisional certificates of Pharm.D students at the end of course completion.
The same is directed to all the universities by Pharmacy Council of India which is statutory body of Govt of India by the way of circular.
But all the plea fell on deaf ears of the registrar and not enviced any interest.
therefore i filed writ petition against the registrar JNTU-H but due to lack of knowlegde i couldnot able to implead Pharmacy Council of India as a party in this writ petitions thereby standing counsel for JNTU-H stating that the circular issued by PCI is neither valid nor mandatory for prefixing Dr.in the provisional certificates of the students for University.
Hence i would like to implead PCI as "proper and necessary party" in this writ petition for complete and effective adjudication.
please anyone of you suggest me the procedure for filing application for impleading the parties to the writ petition and also suggest me any valuable words for winning this case.
