Sir,i am working as a junior engineer in southern railway since 2012. Last month(April 28) I have relieved with transfer to one division to other division while I was in leave (LAP and medical leave)from my immediate superior who is non gazatted officer. It is possible to do by him? and also one case was running in CAT Chennai bench by me since 2022, one interim judgement was getting "status quo" on 10 th May to me. At that day I was in medical leave. Last 15 th May i got fit certificate from medical department, and didn't allow me to do my duty as they told already relieved me.. what action have i taken sir, please guide me.

I have moved out and moved in in same society and same tower to a different flat. The society is managed by FMS Company. RWA has not been formed. Residents pay the maintenance and common electricity charges. The GMS company is demanding Rs 5000 + 18 % GST which is 5900. The FMS company has not delivered any goods nor provided any service related to relocation. How any entity can charge for this and there is no basis of how the figure of Rs 5000 has been arrived ?. Can I challenge it legally ?
I am grade B central govt. Employee working under M.O.HEALTH . i have completed my 2 years probation . My seniority is rank based and not date of joining based . If i take 1 year eol on voluntary basis will i become junior than my batch colleauge.

One of our employee wrote 2years agreement for employment but he wanted to quit his job in the middle of agreement , and does not given any notice period also,but in agreement we clearly mentioned you have to serve 2 months notice period after completion of agreement but he doesn't agree, so company invested so much training expenses on him, now employer what to do , can we take legal action on him as per agreement, so please advise on this.thanks and regards

I applied for a central government group A job while being in another central government organisation at the same time I hide the information that I am currently employed and declared unemployed because my current organisation has already taken undertaking signing that I will not apply for any job in my probation period which was of 2 years.
Now I got selected in the group A job and planning to join it and resigned from my current organisation before completing my probation period.
Since I have already resigned from my current job looking for joining the other one.
My doubt is whether I should mention the my previous job in the attestation form or not.
What can be the consequence of mentioning or not mentioning the previous job while filling the attestation form?
