1. Reason of leaving : Bad behavior of company COO and CEO. They used to build extreme pressure, pushing to work on odd office hours (be it 6.30 am or 11.30 pm). Several times used abusive language also. Treat employees like servants.
Whereas I could had taken leaves for marriage which was due in Feb 2019, but I chose to leave as circumstances were unbearable.
I had to travel from Noida to Safdarjung enclave, despite knowing this everyday either CEO or coo used to force me to stay for longer hours till 7.45 to 8 pm(wherein office end time was 6.30 pm)
2. Had informed CEO 6 months in advance before officially putting down my papers and then served notice period of 30 days to the company (15th Nov to 15 Dec 2018), even then they forced me to extend my notice period, saying my duties were not complete which was completely untrue.
3. I was supposed to receive salary in 45 days from date of leaving, which should be 31st Jan 2019, but they told it will credit along with the Feb pay cycle.
4. On 6th Feb I received email from about hold on my salary and was asked to reply immediately, despite knowing I was getting married on 10th Feb and had been occupied in preparation and functions.
I had the chance to check my mailbox on 27th Feb and so reverted on same day, where they were accusing me for client escalation which was received after I had left the company and did not have any company belongings with me. And once again they were completely aware of it.
Since then I have received 2 emails from CEO, informing about repeated delay in paying my dues and they did not bother once to give me the reason of delay.
My 45 days salary is overdue from past 3 months. And every time I approach them through emails, I get another reply informing about delays only.
On 11th April, I asked for an update and she replied she was out of office and can't share update now whereas I saw her getting into the building of office. So she clearly lied about it too.
Since then I have no reply from company's end and I have informed them to expect legal action will be taken by me.
Will the Notice will work?
Or I should file a case in labour law court?

Govt. of India introduce New Pension Scheme from 01.01.2004. But CCS Pension Rules is not amended till date.
Those employees who joins from 01.01.2004 is entitled for NPS.

Can a scheme replace any rule ? Please offer references.
NPS is passed in 2014 by the Parliament.

I worked with a Fashion designer house for one year and resigned as per the Company Policy with one month notice period and served the notice period successfully.
In last week of my notice period, I was verbally offered by management to join another department, no official document provided for the same. I accepted that offer verbally, I worked for 10 days and found that Position uncomfortable. At the same time my stomach was badly infected and I took leaves and informed on time. I felt so much weakness and decided not to continue with the new responsibilities assigned verbally.
I informed them via email that I don't wish to continue with new responsibilities, hence I have already served notice period for my previous position, kindly provide my Relieving documents and do full and final settlement.
They denied doing so, and asked me to serve one more month notice period, which is not justified. They didn't pay my Salary for that period. That Position was offered verbally to me, I was on trial, I didn't find myself comfortable for that Position, so I denied.
Kindly guide, what could be done in this circumstance. Your kind reply is awaited.

Sir I have been working as postal assistant in level 4 pay scale since 10.01.2006. and recently I cleared the exam ( direct recruitment) by isro (Indian space research organization of department of space) for 'assistant' post in it. As both , postal assistant and isro assistant, posts are central government posts And are of same scale if pay ,kindly clarify if my pay is protected now if I join isro. Because starting pay for both posts is 25500. But now in postal assistant , my current basic is increased gradually , in my approximately 13 years of service , to 39200. So kindly clarify if this basic of mine be carried to me in isro if I join in it now?

Employer not accepting my resignation

I am working in IT company, I have resigned from my current designation on 29th march but my organisation is not accepting my resignation and forcing me to travel on-site, I told them I don't want to travel onsite because of family issues still they are not accepting my resignation and forcing to give interview and all.i told them that I am ready to serve notice period as per company policy but still they are not accepting it.
Please help me to get out from this stuitation I don't want to continue here. And if I plan to abscond they will not going to give me relieving letter and experience letter.
I need some solution to get out from from this solution.
