Bonus amount not received

Hi I left the organisation in Jan,2018 and at the time of final payment company had not my Bonus which is already due at the time of Diwali.As per my appointment letter company will pay 1 month Salary as a bonus at the time of Diwali (In appointment letter only one clause after completion of one year company will pay one month salary as a bonus at the time of Diwali) Which is not paid by company as per last oral discussion with owner they will pay after some month.
Now I am not associated with the company,Now then to recover my dues as per statutory rules.

Employer didn't pay f&f settlement payment & threats

Hello Experts,

My ex-employer didn't clear my Full & final settlement payment after 60 days of last working day which was mentioned 45 days as per as their exit form. There was no notice period mentioned in the appointment letter in probation period(before 6 months) & I worked for the startup for four months. Still I served 10 days of notice period & handed over all company assets & knowledge transfer which they accepted during that time & released me.
Now, as per as their contract, after 60 days while I requested for my F&F payment, they're giving false excuse that some project files are missing which I've worked approx three months back & the ex-manager sent a threatening email to do again knowledge transfer with another junior employee now who was not even part of my assignment otherwise they'll NOT give F&F clearance & blackmailed me to warrant a legal action if I don't do.

What should be my next step. Please advice.

Leaving my current job with bond

Hello All, i am here urgent need of your advises and suggestions, last month february i will join one company as a HR Recruiter,I was asked to sign a service bond of 2 years on a stamp paper and the clause states that in case I leave the organization before 2 years I will have to pay Rs.60 thousand They said , i want to pay the whole money right now, i asked that i cant pay whole right now but manager said if you pay right now.its recruiter job , contains daily and monthly targets My problem is that I am very stressed these days due to my job. I am just doing it out of compulsion that there is a bond period of 2 years. I am not at all happy with my job. from last 20 days i am mentally depressed, i just want to leave this job as soon as possible, i am extreemly stressed, they don't give any copies of that bond to me, they said pay right now, i am requesting you please help me out, give any suggestions how could i can face these, please help me out.

Enquiry related to my arrears and Gratuity

Hello

I was working as a TGT in one of the repute private schools of Delhi. My date of joining on my character certificate is from 7th July 2012 to 30th March, 2013 and from 9th July, 2013 till 31st July, 2018. Though I joined on 3rd April, 2012 and left on 31st July, 2018. I gave my formal resignation letter and served 3 months as well after submitting my resignation.
My School distributed first part of arrears in October, 208 and second part on January, 2019. I have not received any payment yet. Secondly, as per to my work experience, I have worked for 6 years and 3 months with full continuation.
I here seek guidance from you on how to apply for my arrears and gratuity, which is due from my employer. I have made numerous calls already and sent a mail as well but not response from their end till now.
Please help.

No counter by bank- issues

Sir, Is there any procedure to make the opponent (Here, in my case, Bank) file the counter (Bank did not file the counter for the last one year) so that the case can reach for final argument position?? Or can I request the Hon'ble Judge that since Bank has not filed counter, Can the case be finalized by the Hon'ble Judge considering absence by the Bank??

Notice period

Dear Sir,

I have spoke to my manager and cfo for my decision to quit. they said they will think and reply. so i waited for a day and then send an email for resignation and no reply received.

as per my appointment letter notice period is 30 days but they want me to give notice for 180 days.

So if i quit after 30 days and they will not issue the reliving letter and experience certificate in that case what i have to do. because my new company wants these 2 letter from present company

So please advice

Regarding attestation of listed documents

I am a Central Government Employee. Suspended from Duty and Received a Rule 14 Charge Sheet. under CCS(CCA) Rules 1965. All the Listed Documents in Annexure III of the Rule -14 Charge Sheet was Attested by an Authority who is subordinate to the Disciplinary Authority. But the Charge Sheet was issued by the Disciplinary Authority. Whether the Attestation is Correct / Wrong . Clarify with proper Rules.

Below bench mark grading

Dear sir/mam,i am working as a junior engineer in a central govt department.i has been awarded 7.5 by my boss for march 2017 to November 2017.then after his retirement my new boss assumed charge and he awarded me 5 marks i.e. below benchmark for getting promotion.he hadn't given me any memo or warning.i asked him after seeing the apar on apar management system. he told me he was not aware of the consequences of awarding me below benchmark. saying sorry and promising me to review it if it comes to him...ultimately he was playfull...suggest what should i do??? I am going to represent it...if it is not getting right should i go to cat for justice... kindly reply

Govt employee no work no pay rule

Hello,
My father is a goverment employee. On 31 Jan all goverment employyes went on collective strike and gave leave application. But govt did not accept application and said "No work No pension" . My father is going to retire on 31 july 2019. will it affect his pension or gratuity?

But on 31 july my father also had a govt duty(in BLO) WHICH HE COMPLETED BUT GAVE application too.
My father is a uttarakhand state govt employee working in irrigation department.

pls guide...
