I am one of the owners of a joint property which is undivided. My co-owners want to register the property but i want to stop the registration due to some legal issues. How can i stop the registration process. Can i file a stay petition to stop the registration

I have following query
1.Hon'ble Court has passed order on application below O11 Rule 12,14and16 ,directing the party to produce originals of the documents in their custody on or before next date of hearing.
2.Whether it is binding on party to file affidavit to comply the order as per O11 rule 13 at time of complying the order
3.What procedure will be mandatory to be followed if party fails to adhere the time limit to comply the order on or before next date of hearing? is it necessary to seek leave of Hon'ble Court after lapse of time limit mentioned in the order?
4.Whether party can comply the order only by filing pursis along with list in compliance of the order of Hon'ble Court after lapse of time limit?
5.What actions can be initiated on failure to comply order of Hon'ble Court passed directing party to produce originals Is it necessary to file application for penal actions for failure to comply?

Sir my self rafath sultana pls slove my problem with your valueable suggestion as i dont no much in legal thread pls consider my case is with shriram chitfund pvt ltd company ordered passed with intrest 18 decretal amount 546000 to be paid i went to high count for instalment and high judgement is monthly 15k to be paid till the enitre decreetal it means what till date i already paid 635000 again there are asing me to in one sum 3lakhs of rupees to fulfull the order it means high court give the judement one sided. the chit company asking to pay in one stroke thn only amount will be clear otherwise it will on years to years

I own a single bedroom portion in Hyderabad city which I have given on lease for 11 months.The tenant has not been paying the agreed monthly rent regularly. I also urgently need the portion for my personal use. The tenant is playing truant and not cooperating. How can I get him evicted ?

A man was apointed as comp teacher on contract basis in a school in 2004. Due to some ailment he lost his eye sight in 2008 during services. He did not properly inform to the department, so got regularized as permanant teacher in 2010. His ACR's are signed and verified as satisfactorily job done by his superiors. Students result are very good. Now the department has initiated proceedings against him that he is totaly blind so cannot continue his services. Is department justified and blind employee don t have right to serve his pupils. Plz refer case law also. Thanks.
