Injunction

Dear sir,
I am a resident of kolkata, I have contact with a promoter with 2 storied building but he contruct 3 storied without our written agreement.now I have filed atitle suit for injunction but the judge refuse to allot injunction because we have no provate, at this stage case is going on and judge demand written statement to defendars but they are unable to submit the same, now I appel to the hon'ble court already statutuary time i.e.120 days over, and order39 rule 7 pettition submit, hon'ble judge order hearing for injunction.

promoter already sale a flat on 3rd floor and another under construction is abandoned and some unknown person like promoter worker are living there.
already i have filed petition and other documents for provate.

my queries is what step should be taken for this situation.?

Regarding appointment

I have been shortlisted for the post of supervisor whose examination was conducted by dsssb. The seats are vacant and dsssb is saying that the file has been closed. I belong to General category and obtained 104.75 marks and last candidate selected in last list obtained 105 marks. But 19 seats are still vacant and 5 candidates of general category have resigned from the job within 1 year of joining and dsssb has not provided any replacement for them also. Im quite sure that i would get selected if dsssb issue list. There is a delay on their part why sbould I suffer bcoz of this? This is the last chance im having bcoz im not eligible to apply anywhere in govt sector now. Plz tell what are my chances if i file a case in CAT? PLZ SUGGEST SOME GUD LAWYERS ALSO.

Agreement for sale

I have booked a flat at Navi Mumbai and have paid more than 20% of the agreement value to the builder. I have registered a proper agreement for sale with the builder last month. Is it mandatory to have a sale deed with the builder after full payment?

MY FATHER HAS EXPIRED LEAVING A HOUSE WITH A WILL TO MY WIFE'S NAME IN LUCKNOW . NOW IT IS TO BE TRANSFER IN MY WIFE'S NAME. WHETHER MUTATION IS TO DONE WITH NAGAR NIGAM, AVAS VIKAS OR WITH REGISTRAR OFFICE. THE HOUSE WAS ON LEASE FROM AVAS VIKAS BUT IT IS NOW FREE HOLD WHICH WAS GOT DONE BY MY FATHER. WHETHER APPLICATION BE SUBMITTED TO ONE OF ABOVE OR WITH ALL.

Repair work in flat system

respected sir,
i am in first floor, above my house one flat same size , from his bath room , toilet out let water leakage to my ceiling,
now the owner is staying some where in the local area he let out the house , the tenant saying that , this is not our problem you have to spend for repair work the owner of the property is not responding . day by day the wall and beam is getting wet more than 90 days . how to solve i am not interested to fight and legally how to claim

can we make any complaint to police station or any govt office to high light the toilet outlet water leakage problem (it will create the infection to our children's)

Wrong cheque number mention in legal notice ( nia 138)

Due to Typing mistake wrong cheque number mention in legal notice of cheque bounce case.

Registration time limit

Dear Sirs, I have taken possession of my flat in Feb'2018. Registration is still pending and getting delayed. May please clarify the time frame for registration after registration along penalty provision, Please give reference also. Property is located in West Bengal.

Cheque validaity

Hi Sir

I have cheque give be buyer for property sell deed. date on cheque is 30-07-2018. Till which date cheque is valid to deposit in bank.
