Review application maintainable

Respected Experts,
I need your valuable guidance in one of my matters. A summary suit was filed against my client, wherein at the time of hearing the summons for judgment, an order for Conditional leave to defend was passed against my client. I have challanged said order by filing a writ petition before the High Court. But recently I found that the plaintiff Co. has suppressed some fact and misrepresented themselves before the Court of law. Under the circumstances, can I file a review application before the City Civil Court? My writ petition is still pending before the High Court.
Please guide me.

Pay protection during probation period.

Good afternoon sir/ma'am,

I am a state government employee (Govt of NCT, Delhi) since Sept 2019. Previously I was appointed as an employee of Central Autonomous body and worked there for 2 years and 1 month, I completed the 2 year probation without any adverse remark, but no written confirmation came, may be because it take some time to release official documents.

However, as I applied for the NEW job through proper channel with proper NOC, INTIMATION LETTER, RELEAVING ETC I joined the state services.
My questions:

1. Will the benefits of pay protection given to me? I was not on lein because my probation was not over on papers though I cleared 2 years but meanwhile I had to join the new post.

2. Pls share any relevant document where pay protection is allowed for employees who are still on probation.

How i recovered my funds from the online scammers

I have always thought it would be impossible to recover stolen cryptocurrency funds until I came across CYBERTRACE recovery team, this cryptocurrency recovery team was able to successfully recover my stolen Bitcoin and Ethereum funds. I was one of the many victims of a crypto scam and I lost my entire family savings trying to double it. It was a very difficult time for me and my family, I was depressed and gave up hope of ever getting my money back. A few weeks ago, I came across a post while searching for clues on Google on how to recover my cryptocurrency, I saw a recommendation about CYBERTRACE and how they were able to effectively recover cryptocurrency funds for many scam victims. I didnโ€™t hesitate to contact them and provide them with all the information, CYBERTRACE was able to recover my funds within two days. Iโ€™m truly grateful for their service and I promised them I would recommend them to others like me. You can easily reach them via (cybertraceservice@hotmail.com) CYBERTRACE is no doubt the best when it comes to recovering cryptocurrency funds.

Possible misuse of disaster management act

There is a coconut tree near the property line that we share with a neighbour. This tree leans towards the neighbour's property, but away from their house. It is wholly located within our boundaries. It is a very healthy tree, with healthy roots and no sign of any disease. There are also two thick support cables that are tied to the tree to points in our property as extra support.

This tree was in it's present position before the neighbours bought this house and they were well aware of it. It was a non-issue for them then, but since they bought the house, they were pestering my dad to cut it down, which at one point led to a verbal quarrel. Since then, they use any means possible to have the tree removed. Now they are misusing the District Collector's orders on disaster management to have the tree removed, claiming that it poses danger to their life and property.

We feel that they are misusing a law to settle a score with my dad. Healthy, disease-free trees such as this take a very long time to yield, lasts for several decades and are resilient to even hurricane strength winds. With the support steel cables on it, there is no chance that the tree will fall in the neighbour's direction, even in the worst case scenario.

Do we have a recourse in this matter or are we simply forced to give in to their false complaint claiming relief? Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.
