FIR has been filed against me of 420, 406 & 34 as i received 41a notice on whatsapp.
I had applied for Interim anticipatory bail but magistrate issued a notice to police and given date of 8th August.
After police statement, decision will be taken for anticipatory bail.
Tomorrow court will deliver notice to Police station.
So police can arrest me or i can show bail application and bail number.
Please help.
I am thinking of changing my name in aadhar card to that with expanded initials instead of just initials. My other documents like Voters-ID, Driving license, bank accounts have just initials after name not expanded. Even my certificates, mark sheets and other such academic documents have just my name with initials. However passport and Pan card have my name with expanded initials displayed on it as it was mandatory there.
My subsequent intention is to change it to initials expanded name form in all other above mentioned documents as well, except for maybe my academic documents.
Is this a good idea/thing to do? Will it cause any issue in future? For example my vehicle RC and license just have initials as the last name (RAMESH R), But my aadhar, pan and passport will be RAMESH RADHAKRISHNAN

Hi All,
There is a family of 5 siblings ( 3 sons and 2 daughters), The land of 15 acres divided in 1997 among the sons (excluding daughter in the partition deed and father was no longer alive at that time). One of the son sold some property on Dec 17 2004. Now the daughters put a case on court for the share and been running for 13 years in district court. The another son want to sell some of the property and shall I buy it even it is in litigation.
I read about this sections
"“Provided that nothing contained in this sub-section shall affect or invalidate any disposition or alienation including any partition or testamentary disposition of property which had taken place before the 20th day of December, 2004." - Can you please let me know this applies to the above case?.

Apartment maintenance issues!
All Respected Advocates,
I am the Tanent at third floor flat of an apartment,
For common issues like elevator , water , electricity each of owner is equally responsible to maintain.
Since more then a month elevator is stopped. For lift repairing some 1.68L INR amount is required. Let us say it for it each flat owner need to pay some 12K, 12K×14=168K.
Issue: Few ground floor owners are saying and rigid on statement "We are not using hence we are not willing to pay". Even after requesting multiple times by other owners these people are not willing to pay. They are becoming rigid.
Question: What's I via me or my owner can seek a legal remedy against such owners ? Approximately 6 flats are remain unpaid. Hence due to them other residents of apartment are getting troubled but these owners don't care.
Who and what can be done here , this I want to know ?
Regards.
