Suggest me if my landlord sales his property to some one in that condition i have to pay some money to new landlord for name change in rent agreement as he is asking me 50 thousand.

I understand that a private complaint can be filed by anyone before the Judicial Magistrate under the section 200 of Cr.P.C. When the District Crime Branch Police has filed a criminal charge sheet against few persons, can I file private complaint on the same accused persons for the offences which have been already brought out by the police and the offences which were not included in the charge sheet. Please clarify.

Dear Sir,
I have ordered a Panasonic 1 Ton 3 Star CS/CU-UC12RKY3 Split Air Conditioner (QTY:1) of worth 24,119 on 24th March from ShopClues, due to non serviceability of courier to my location it got cancelled by ShopClues and i recieved a mail that refund is initiated. I got a call from ShopClues guy asking for any alternative address of any major city nearby hometown so that they can deliver there. I gave a bangalore's address. The database got updated and the order was put under reprocess and the refund process was suspended.
After a day i get a mail saying that there is a procurement delay from merchant and asked me to wait for a day or two. I waited for two days but the status was same. I wanted the product on an urgent
basis. As they were delaying I cancelled the order on 27th March. They said to wait for 72 hours for the refund to process. I called them after 72 hours to check on the status but they again said to wait for 72 hours as the refund has not been processed due to technical glitch. I kept calling them but everytime their response is the same " to wait for 48hours or 72 hours, refund not processed due to technical issues" and again if i call after 48 or 72 hours the very same response.If there was any real technical issue it must have been solved by now because its already too late.This really is creating a bad image on ShopClues. Its been 13 days now and the refund is not even processed by them.After refund is processed they say it will take upto two weeks time for money to hit my credit card account. I have my credit card dues to be paid for this purchase. I am really tired of hearing the same response from them everytime. Please help . This is giving me a lot of mental stress.

Hi,
I had take an loan from Barclay. later the loan was taken over by Kotak Mahindra. For a period i was jobless and could not make the payment. Now Kotak ssays that if i do not pay the loan they will freeze my salary account from citibank. Is it legal?

Greetings!
Does a Company need to pay a candidate for the probation period if his employment is not confirmed after the said probation period due to non satisfactory performance? The Offer Letter does not provide any clause regarding payment or non payment for such period. Can the Candidate move the Company to labour Court for the same. Also suggest this provision is governed under which Act of labour Law.

My sister ( PSU CENTRAL GOVT employee ) had been asking for leave for coaching her girl child ( 10th std ) since last year. she had also applied for CCL for some days. However, CCL is not granted for many days & even other types of leave say, EL etc is not granted for many days. She has not put her girl child for private tuitions & has been preparing her daughter in her studies since last one year. she has not gone for work since last one year. her daughter's exams are finishing this month after which she will join office. However she has received a letter in march 2015 from her controlling officer stating that her absence from duties are treated as dies non without break in service. she has not got salary for past one year & her leave is also not granted. ( she had applied for one year leave ). Her controlling officer has forwarded the dies non letter to admin section who in turn have forwarded it to the concerned accounts section ( pay & establishment ) for implementation.pls guide how to settle this case,so that she does not get any adverse entries in service book and also any harsh disciplinary proceedings are not initiated. As per supreme court recent guidelines , CCL can be given / sanctioned for a stretch of one year etc.what will the punishment mean??. Any way out pls.
