If a person is accused of under Sec 417,420 Under sec 34 and also under sec 3,4 of Dowry prohibition act, and if later the case is settled in Lok Adalat, can it be considered as the case settled under merits?? Can the accused can be considered on par with the candidates who have won the case under merits?? Can the accused is considered as acquitted??

Sir,
I filed an RTI for mediation report and roznama for the same in court of maharashtra. but officer told that the case is pending and therefor for certified copies asked as per rule i.e. high court guidelines. hence denied. what should i do as my advocate told that they denied certified copies of mediation report and roznama of mediation court as it is confidential.
2) can i file a RTI for a case which is decided earlier. or any other person asked for this case.

My Father Owned small residential property wants to be settled in my son name. My father wants to put me as a guardian as my son is minor. Also my father wants the dead should be powerful,so that my son can't sell, but he can enjoy the income arising from the property. My son can sell the property after he got better maturity (not by age).
Please let me know how to incorporate the wordings.

Respected all,
I have filed private complaint u/s 417, 420 of IPC and evidence of prosecution before proceeding already completed.
Opportunity was provided to the Accused to settle the matter with the permission of the court but they denied.
Can I file application in court to direct police to register FIR ?
plz guide, I am attending proceeding as In-person.

Hi,
I am filling online registration form for marriage registration in delhi. I want to know the following:
1. Whether application form should be filled with maiden name of my wife or with changed surname? (proof are in maiden name, however want changed name in marriage certificate)
2. Affidavit should be in which name, maiden or post marriage?
Whether someone has faced this issue?

Iam from hyderabad. After the expiration of hosting service for renewal i opted a new service provider as earlier company was asking higher amount for renewal. On last week of feb 2015 i contacted "manas hosting" a bangalore based company for website hosting and website migration service. Once the sales team got my number they called me day and night repeatedly for one week giving offers. I accepted their offer of 5000 for 15 years hosting service + 3000 for websites migration from earlier hosting co. To manas hosting. I paid them through net banking on 3rd march. Once i done the payment they started avoiding me. Daily im calling them again and again but no one is completing my work or assisting me. When i call they ask tickect no. Then ask to give 2 mins or 30 mins and they promise everytime that they will call back but never call. Sometime tell me that their technical person is went for lunch, sometime tell they are in meeting, sometime tell it will be completed in 30 mins and also tell that their internet is not working. When I ask to give phone to manager or talk strictly they just drop my calls. They are now just not lifting my calls. I paid them total 9000+. When i read their reviews over internet i came to know that there are hundreds of similar cases. I want to file a police complaint. But i want case to be solved in hyderabad not in bangalore. Its now 23days of my payment. My websites are down, not getting any emails because of that domain expiry. Because of sites we are unable to market also. We want to claim our money back and damages for fraud and damages for loss of business and for mental torture...please assist me...thanks in advance

My Flat is in my grandfathers name and he passed away in 2004. Before he died he had nominated the flat to my Father(50%) and mother(50%). So now we wanted my parents name to be transferred to the share certificate and also do the changes in the society register. Society is asking NOC from my Grandmother and my Uncle (fathers brother). They are ready to give the NOC.
1) I want the format for the NOC.
2) Should the NOC be on a stamp paper, if yes what value stamp paper.
3) Should i get it notarized.

My father died without writing a will and he had promised that the house we reside will come to me. He had already contributed quite a lot of money to my sister to build her house which was around twenty years ago but there is no proof for it as he had paid cash and no receipt was taken. There is some money kept in fixed deposit which will be given to her after my mom breathes her last and land in native place which was purchased by dad two-third share of the property is already given to her. As there is no will return by dad the flat where I am staying is divided among three people, sister, mom and me. My mom have already gifted me her share of the flat to me by a registered gift deed (as per last wishes of my father). so I am the two- third owner and my sister is one third owner, In the society and share certificate, my mom is absolute owner of the flat. My mom has not disclosed to my sister about the gift deed. My sister is now insisting that she wants 50 percent share of the flat. She is not willing to settle for anthing less. She and her husband had fought with me for this. Now they are keeping quiet as mom will be affected by this but after her death certainly she will fights or have legal tussle for the property. My sister is well off monetarily, they have a 2 BHK flat at Powai and I am without any flat of my own. I don't want to have any fight and also get my two third share of the flat. Can you please let me know if the registered gift deed can be challenged in court, if challenged, whose favour will it be in. Can any memorandum of understanding can be made my mom and ask my sister to sign that she will not go to court for the property.
Please advise what best to do.

Hello Experts, Greetings. Is a son or daughter of a NRI parent eligible for OBC - NCL for IITJEE /NIT admission? . My main concern is about Non- creamy layer . The income of the parent in India is less than Rs. 6 Lakh per annum only.
The father also does not belong to a class I or class II officer in Gulf.
Please clarify.

Pl. guide for important matter.
I am facing 498-a and other cases filed by my wife against me and my family members. in FIR of 498-a, 406 there was name of my parents, brother and mine. but in charge sheet there was only my and my father's name is in charge sheet, and police remove the name of my brother and my mother.
One another case was private complaint u/s 405,406 r.w. dowery prohibition act filed in other state where my wife is living. in that case she filed in court and alls name was there and the same case was dismissed.
My questions are now ?
My brother is selected in a govt. job and there is police and CID verification is there and in some forms there are questions are :
1) whether you everbeen
a) arrested ?
b) prosecuted.
c) charged before a court with an offence for which you were coonvicted..
c) is any case or enquiry pending against you in any court of law including civil litighation.
What should i fill in form for my brother. he has never attended court nor his vakalatnama was filed.
Pl. suggest as its very sensitive matter.
