Regarding obc certificate and domicile

I applied for obc certifacte from the current state 'X' where my family has been settled for 50 years.But the authorities declined my request as they said my cast is not in the list of obc in state X and now I am applying for the same in my ancestral state 'Y'.I 've two queries
1) I am using my aadhar card ,ration card issued in state X for getting my obc certificate from state Y(my ancestral village where my grandfather's name is mentioned in tehsil records).Will there be any problem?
2) someone has told me that even if I get obc certificate I can't use it for one year because the cast certificate should be issued one year before the current job openings date.Is it true?

Whether I need to pay Basic Salary or gross salary

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have worked in an organization for 35 days I have been tortured and I have worked more than 12 hrs day so I don't want that job.
I have signed offer letter which consists only notice period of 30 days.. nothing about payment terms if not served notice period.
I want to left the organization those people are asking gross salary is this correct or some where I have got info that only we have to pay Basic salary..
Please let me know whether I need to pay Basic or gross..

Execution of lease deed by nri

Dear Advocates!

Kindly suggest me that can a NRI execute a power of attorney from his domicile country to execute a release deed in Tamil Nadu? is it acceptable by the Registering authority?

I WANT TO BRING WHEAT FROM SOME OTHER STATE AND SELL IN KARNATAKA. IT WILL NOT BE AN IMPORTED WHEAT BUT INDIAN WHEAT.
1) IS THERE ANY MANDI TAX PAYABLE IN KARNATAKA ON THE SAID COMMODITY.
2) IS THE CESS IS PAYABLE EVEN IF I BRING CESS PAID WHEAT FROM OTHER STATE.
3) OR THE CESS IS PAYABLE ONLY IF I BRING THE CESS UNPAID MATERIAL.
4) IS THERE ANY EXEMPTION IF I SELL THE SAID STOCK TO SOME MILLER.

If Petitioner file a probate suit a Licensee Property basis of a WILL

(Impotent the above property license not renewal last 15 years.)

Termination post maternity leave

Working in Service sector (logistics MNC) at Reginoal Manager level with employees reporting to me.

Facts of the case :
I was granted maternity leave from Sep'17 to Mar'18
On resuming office I was not re-instated to the same post/job profile. New employee was already appointed in that role.
Despite multiple follow-ups for two months till May'18, I was not provided any job role and designation.
I was not given any appraisal for the year 2017-18. No reasons were provided for this.
On May 16, 2018, it was communicated to me that there is no work and hence I should resign.
It was mutually agreed between me and the organisation that I would be paid salary until I get a new job OR for maximum 6 months (I have e-mail and audio recording for the same).
However during Sep'18, HR representative called and informed me that now the company would pay only 4 months salary.

Need assistance as to whether any legal action could be taken for the above case.

Stay status

stay order:
The petitioner submits that the respondent has sold his properties and he may be restrained from selling the matrimonial house where both parties are residing. In given facts and circumstances till NDOH both parties are directed not to create third-party interest in the home.

Now after the said order many dates have passed and case has proceeded further. However, Respondent never moved for vacation of stay nor did petitioner apply for an extension.

Q)Is the stay subsisting today or it was lifted on the NDOH ?

Query regarding 5 non compounded ph.d increment

I just want to know that what are the provision of non compounded ph.d increment to those who has completed their ph.d in 2009 and joined the university or college after the UGC regulation 2010 came into existance?

Mentally Harassed By Employer

Dear Sir/ Mam,

This issue is regards to my wife who was mentally harassed by employer and would seek guidance for the problem.

My wife was working with X company from last 9 months and suddenly her boss (Company Director) told her that your salary has been kept on hold and you are on probation and she being tensed thought to resign and she left the job in next 7 days.

She didn't received her F&F after following up for more than 2 months and her boss blocked her on WhatsApp and messages. After calling from multiple numbers , finally she asked to come office and gave commitment of paying salary next day but she didn't paid and after I jumped in between and finally after long follow up she paid the same after 1 month.

But angrily my wife wrote a message to her about her unprofessional behaviour and using few personal comment.

She immediately received a message from her Boss husband saying that he will send a legal notice on her name and now she is so much tensed.

I would need you advice and way ahead to get rid of this problem, even knowing my wife was somehow right . Pls help!
