Respected Sir,
Delhi Wakf Board CEO issued eviction order on dated 1-09-2007,Against the order we filled a appeal in Wakf Tribunal which is currently pending for ammendment allow order.In 2012 wakf tribunal have disposed our stay application and did not provide relief.
We failed to go High court against the disposed application.Now we receive a vacate property order from SDM.
Pl suggest what now we could do .

A friend of mine had been in relation with a guy from 4 years , the guy bought a car on loan of the girl for which the girl pays loan and vehicle also registered on girls name . Now the girl wants to move out of the relation where as the guy threatens with suicide and is also not ready to return the car or pay the loan The guy has also snatched her phone from her to avoid her communication with people and see who all she talks to , Not paying the loan will result in loan default , whereas the vehicle is not with her . What can be done in this sitaution ?

A father through a settlement Deed in August 2017 settled a commercial property for his sons. Now, this august 2018, he has revoked through a revocation deed with stamp authority. Is it permissible in law?. If yes, any time limit?

A well settled Hindu family of over 11 generations from West Bengal engages internally in an annual religious festival for 240+ years. Over the years, as the family grew, the finances passed down from previous generations got distributed and at present were derived from interest incomes on normal fixed deposit accounts distributed among several family members so as not to affect individual tax liabilities(A mutual agreement). Due to the complexities of present time and involvement of a lot of members, the arrangement has proved extremely unmanageable to maintain with the required integrity by the current generation leading to various disagreements and problems diluting the actual intentions.
A motion was proposed among the stake holders to liquidate the existing distributed arrangement and form a centralized arrangement for effectively managing and sourcing funds. The income of this setup will be through internal contributions/donations among the family members and interest income from that. What options are available for the stake holders to legally operate only for the said religious purpose and what tax liabilities will be imposed.

मै पिछ्ले 8वर्षो से 3600 के स्केल पर म.प्र. शासन वाणिज्यिक कर विभाग मे पोस्टेड हू घर से दूर होने के कारण अब शिक्षा विभाग म.प्र शासन शिक्षक वर्ग 1 मे जाना चहता हू जिसका पे स्केल भी 3600 ही है
*सर क्या मुझे नये पद याने शिक्षक पर वर्तमान वेतन मिलेगी या नये शिरे से 3600का न्यूनतम वेतन मिलेगा*
*क्या मेरी सेवा अवधि का लाभ नये पद मे जुडेगा*

I want to know if exparte vacate orders are generally allowed in dv act if respondent doesn't appear on 1st date.

Releiving documents mismatch
Hi, There is a mismatch in my Exit documents from my previous employer. As per the FNF the last working day 29th December 2014 and in the relieving letter the date is mentioned as 11th January 2018, which is different.The last working day mentioned in the FNF, which was shared with me by the Business HR and I signed off, is different from the Relieving letter. I have requested them to amend, but my previous employer is not doing the same. The companies are raisng question because of the mismatch. Hence kindly suggest ho
