Procedure- transfer flat to nomine aftr 6 month owner death

As per by law 34, transfer of flat to nominee on death of the owner must be done within 6 months. However what happens If nominee approaches society to transfer the flat after 6 months due to some challenges.

Require guidance as society mgmt committee has insisted that If nominee submits the document after 6 months then transfer has to be performed via registrar / legal proceeding would have to follow. Also other members who are not part of hier/but distinct relatives they too can then claim share in the property.

request to guide on the procedure of transfer of flat to nominee after 6 months of owner's death. Also insuch situation can other members who are not part of heir / but distinct relatives can they claim share in the property?

Regards

498a with dp 3&4

Hello Experts.

I'm going for a divorce at the Wife's place for a one time settlement but she has filed 498a case at our place (Interstate). She has refused to come to our home city for reasons best known to her.

Once I have the divorce decree in another state. Can I use that to get the 498a at my place removed since she'll not be my wife anymore.
The 498a is stuck in HC as one of our relative has prayed for quashing. If the HC summons her to come and give her statement and if she doesn't come then what happens. How should we get ourselves freed. If the HC refuses to quash the 498a, should I approach the Hon'ble SC.

Harassment

i was working for an organisation where faces mental harassment from my seniors and colleges. i even filed a police complaint but later i took my complaint back when the matter reached to my senior manager and did not filed the FIR. but even after the complaint, harassment continued and i left the organisation and joined the different place. Since this is a small world and at my current job, they knew the matter at my previous organisation and it affecting my job here too. One day, due to mental stress and i was under the influence of alcohol. i called up my previous organisation's recorded official line and used all the bad language including the religious remark to my ex-colleges. Later i was sa ked from my current job too with no clear reasons. They even filed a police complaint against me. Police called on my cell twice (I found it from true caller its from police). I also found that they filed a complaint to harasses me from police wala. I getting difficulties to get job another place. What I can do.

Name change in old property documents

Good Day Experts,
Myself Kamal Triloksingh settled in Virar Maharashtra for the last 30 years. All my documents, house etc. are in the same name.

However my parents had named me Kunwarjit and the 'Kisan bahi' in my village(Pauri Garhwal) bear the name 'Kunwarjit'.

I now wish to return to my village. Kindly advise what should be done to change the name in 'Kisan bahi', because when I submitted my aadhar etc. there was great confusion. There are no issues from my brothers, relatives etc., only the different name is creating issues.

Thanks for reading my question.
