Builder built 8flats instead of 6flats as per approval plan. He deceptively hold some UDS out of plot and clandestinely obtained property tax assessment for the unauthorised flat and after some time he raised a settlement deed in favour of family members. But In the settlement deed approved plan details not mentioned. Such frauds can be enquiry under section 82 and 83 of registration act. Please explain the position. Thanks

How can I defend myself and avoid jail.
Our society in Raigad contains 210+ members in phase 1. It is formed last year. The Accounts were not approved due to some discrepancies. The returning officer overlooked this and went ahead with the election process. He justified that earlier committee was only for 1 year ('hungami') and hence the new committee will now look at this afresh. Was he right in justifying. We wrote mail to him asking queries that he refused to respond in writing and went ahead with the process.
What would our next step be as now the new committee is formed and we feel helpless & betrayed. Our (few members) intent is only to bring transparency and build our society on strong foundation - no other motive.
Kindly respond on priority as we need to plan accordingly and act.
I have bought a flat for 9300000/- which is a resell property. The payment for property is done by owner is 10% of property rate and 90% funded by bank. Initially i have done token advance rs.50000/- dated 15 oct 2023 and remaining payment rs.830000/- was done on nov 9. so totally i have made initial 10% payment of rs.930000/- to the seller. My question are
1. should i proceed the TDS payment for the whole amount of Rs.9300000/- or Rs.930000/-?
2. Or should i wait until the whole amount to be transferred to the seller from the bank?

Is maid servant an essential service or non-essential service. Maid servant is coming to the flat, which didn't pay maintenace charges for 2 years. Maid is for only cleaning etc service to the flat. Not for any medical or nursing help. Maid servant does floor cleaning, utensils cleaning etc work. Not for help to senior citizens. there are 6 people in the house. Husband, wide, 3 children(20+ age) and one grand mother, who is hale and healthy.
Hello All Respected Members. A NBW was issued against the Accused in the matter of 138 NI Act for the non-payment of cost imposed on the Accused for the cancellation of previous NBW . Meanwhile on the date of hearing of main case , The Accused deposited the cost in court and when his counsel requested the court to recall the warrant; court refused to recall the warrant and refused to accept the reciept of cost as well. So, in that situation , can I move for revision of NBW in sessions court or should I approach high court for the quashing ?

I am the second buyer of this property and a sale agreement was made between me and the seller.
We have the chain agreement of the first buyer who purchased this property when it was under construction. So his Chain Agreement has mention that Parking slot will be allocated. And also a allotment letter.
can this be a problem if there is no mention of parking in my sale agreement?

I have my father's DCDR granted 2.50 Acre land.
Which is granted in 1971
I have opportunity to make Mrpl company petrol pump in my father land
But some people are told me that it require 30 Cents commercial conversion land.
My question is how i convert 30 cents land to commercial conversion.
Now DC can approve only 10 cents of land
But I want total 30 cents land from 2.50 Acre
