Regarding divorce case transfer form state to other state

Sir,
I have filed divorce case at Maharashtra in July 2017. In this connection my wife has filed request to Supreme Court for the transfer of divorce case from Maharashtra to Bhopal (Madhay Pradesh). In this regards she has gotten stay from Supreme Court and the matter has been pending at Supreme Court. Recently notice issue form Supreme Court regarding transfer of case but till date I have not received notice.
My query is can I go to Supreme Court for stopping process of transfer ?
Or Can I withdraw the divorce petition and after some days filed again divorce petition ?
What would I do ? kindly guide me or any another solution please mention ?

Dedective proclamation u/s 82(1) crpc

respected sir with all due respect to you and all advocates i am myself advocate in these batch cases filed u/s 138 of ni act. sir by inadvertence oversight and lack of computer knowledge i myself filed process in the court, as per Form no. 4 (second schedule) of crpc, as 111 special magistrate court instead of lll special magistrate court. also the section without checking the discrepancy ( i.e;111 special magistrate court ) issued me process u/s 82(1) crpc for paper publication. the paper publication is made in vernacular newspaper as per court's order and filed in court. now as the court knows the discrepancy ( i.e;111 special magistrate court instead of lll special magistrate court ) it has posted the matter for orders and, objections if any. the accused did not appear on the day of filing paper publication in court. also the accused knows the correct court no., jumped bail from the same court no., and is aware of cc no's.
now 1. whether typing 111 special magistrate court instead of lll special magistrate court make the paper publication defective?
2. while giving paper publication u/s 82(1) of crpc in vernacular newspasper through court's order , i have only filed (copied) process as per Form no. 4 (second schedule ) and not typed "as per courts order" and "sd/-" above magistrate.?
3. whether AIR 1963 SC 1120, AIR 1964 SC 1300, AIR 1969 PAT 181, AIR 1976 KARNATAKA 204 BE OF ANY HELP? WANT TO AVOID FRESH PAPER PUBLICATION?
PLEASE ADVISE AS THE MATTER IS POSTED ON 28-02-2018 FOR ORDERS.URGENT.

Factory labourer accidental death employer charged 304

In my factory a labourer hired on contract accidentaly died falling in a treatment tank while cleaning. He was hired on contract and wentbto work without my knowledge or presence. Along with him one more labourer was injured but he is out of danger n he said they were drunk. Now people in factory premises complained factorybis not safe n police charged IPC 304 on me. All license n pollution board papers are correct.I want to know if in such cases IPC 304 is chargeable? if so how long will it take to get anticipatory bail, Also Factory and boilers association told they will file a case as thts the procedure at time of accidental death and at that time the other case of IPC 304 will not be valid. As two cases cannot be charged on this at a time. is that true?

Mortgagee rights vis a vis minor's rights

My brother in law died last year leaving behind my sister 51 years and her minor daughter 13 years old. My brother in law had taken mortgage loan on a property EMI for which we are unable to pay.
We are unable to sell the property as the buyers insists for court clearance certificate which I am told would take around an year.
As we willing the repay the debt by selling the property what is the remedy?
The property may now be classified as NPA and can the lenders sell the property without the court clearance.
Please advice.
