National lokadalat award execution petition

I am having 3 inherited vacant house sites in NTR district,a.p state.These vacant sites encroached and occupied by my paternal relatives.Later,I filed O.S in Junior civil judge court for permanent injunction.While the O.S under written statement stage the defendants of the O.S compromised with me through National Lok Adalat and as per settlement I left my one of the house site out of 3 to them and the remaining 2 house sites left for me by the defendants.
Now,after passing the AWARD the defendants again encroached my award passed 2 sites .
Kindly give legal advise as to take further action against them.

Application of limitation act 1963

My father left behind the property intstate on 08.02.1985 which is in my sole occupation and am living here since 1954. My mother demised on 03.06.2000 without any will. TILL 2004 my one elder brother (82) and my sisters (74) and 66 did not come forth to claim their share. However with the sudden shoot up of prices they started demanding their share in May 2012 onwards in wring. Now will the limit of 12 years as per Limitation Act 1963 apply In this case for demanding share or to go in for formal litigation? Please guide. Thanks.D

Trespassing and laying road form my patta land

I am having 8.5 acres of land which is fallow for 8 years for the past 2years i have not going to my site. Last week when i went to see my land i have noticed these things
1. he his using my land to get into his land as their is no road to him. he laid the road in 2022 jan time period
it is clearly show from the google map history for evidence
2. And also he removed my fence poles and re fixed the pole by taking almost 11 guntas of my land. which can be clearly show from the google map history for evidence
3. he also used my 30 fence poles for his sheep farming
4. my neighbour is SC community guy

what should i need to do to get back my patta land and not use road from my patta land ?
do i need to file criminal cases or civil case ?

Income tax

shifted last year to Singapore in Dec 22 for Job .
Pls note when filing IT return in India for the FY 2022-23, I will be paying tax for income earned in India from April -Nov 22

My question is for the income earned after my shifting to Singapore i.e from Dec 22 to March 23 is taxable in India?
Please note from Dec 22-March 23 I will be paying tax in Singapore also.

Transfer of unregisterd land from father to son

my father transfered unregistered but alloted plot to me. does a gift deed is also required?
if i sell this plot what will be the tax liability me. or any capital gain laws applicable

Income tax

I shifted last year to Singapore in Dec 22 for

Pls advise when filing IT return in India for the FY 2022-23 I will be paying tax for income earned in India from April -Nov 22

My question is for the income earned after my shifting to Singapore airlines i.e from Dec 22 to Merch 23 is taxable in India?
Please note from Dec 22-March 23 I will be paying tax in Singapore also.

I am writing to seek legal advice and representation regarding a service agreement dispute with my former employer. I recently left the company, violating the terms of the service agreement I signed on October 2022.

To provide you with a brief overview of the situation, I joined Company in October 2022 and signed a service agreement that bound me to a two-year commitment. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, primarily the opportunity to pursue higher education, I decided to leave the company before the completion of the agreed-upon period. I regretfully admit that I did not formally resign from my position, but rather had a conversation with my employer about my decision to leave.
And one more thing they didnt have pay PF amount atleast once and last month salary.

Following my departure, I have received communication from Company demanding that I pay a sum of money as compensation for breaching the service agreement. I am seeking your legal counsel to understand my rights and obligations in this matter and to explore possible solutions to resolve this dispute amicably.

Right of garage owner in a housing state.

I purchased a garage in a small housing state consisted of 14 flats and two shops and three garages. Out of three garage, one is of mine and two are of landlord. From begining that is in the year of 2021 , I have been using water and for this I am advised to pay maintenance charges every month @ 60 paise per sft that is Rs.120/- for 200 SFT. I find the landlord is doing everything which he thinks best like allowing his tenants to park their motorcycles in non-parking space , expenses done as per his own discretion and so on. Out of 14 flats , 6 flats are of his own and all are rented. As I am the only person who pointed out it before all occupants , he convinced other flat owners to develop an idea in them that garage own cannot intervene into the housing affairs, even he can not participate into the periodical meeting, can not opine anything in the housing matter.Henceforth, from begining of 2023, they have isolated me , not allowing me taking part in the housing matter. Providing Accounts Copy is
stopped and so on. Their observations expressed to me verbally that garage owner has no right to take part in the housing matter and so they will not call on me in the meeting, even they opine that I am not required to pay monthly maintenance service charges, which I do not follow, I am paying.
In my deed of Conveyance it is clearly specified that I am the owner of all Common spaces, Stair Case, Roof etc. up to the limit of proportionate portion of the property. Under the circumstances, I have decided to challenge the matter in the court of law to regain my honour and respect to the occupants of the housing. With same status, I wish to be there.Kindly advise me what to do to maintain my self-respect.
