Dear Sir,
I am staying in Mumbai and got a single but bigger parking wherein I am able to park two cars. MC issues a single sticker for one car and now it has been decided for second car parking I have to pay additional Rs.9600 /- per year as decided by the AGM. Can I fight on this with MC that my parking space is something which I bought by the builder and they do not have rights to ask me to pay additional money.
One MC member got in touch with one society member who does not have car and got a letter signed by that owner to allow him to park MC member's second car in his parking.
By way of which his two cars are parked in the building without paying a single extra money.
How to handle this situation? Let me know.

if you want to park second car you pay for it . you have been allotted only one slot . if you park 2 cars pay society charges .
MC member is smart . it is mutual adjustment between members . member has consented to his slot being used

Extra car, extra money for society. The money would be used for the members.
The member using the space of another member with his consent is within the rules.

You can seek information of illegal allotment to non-member by way of RTI application to be moved through registrar. You can seek second slot subject to payment of fixed fee by society.

MC MEMBER IS WRONG IN USING OTHERS CAR PARKING WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA MONEY.
MC MEMBER CANNOT USE OTHERS CAR PARKING NOR OTHER CAN LET OUT HIS CAR PARKING TO OTHERS.

Before the Society, all the owners or the tenants are one and the same. They should all bind by those(Society) Rules. If you are an aggrieved party, you can fight and also raise a dispute about the MC, who in turn using the other's car parking slot without paying the amount to the society.
