no trust upon your lawyer
appear on every date
so you will aware of the proceeding

Once filing the case, why do bother whether the criminal has received or not.If he has not responded it is the duty of the court to initiate further course of action on him

The case may take 3-5 years in decision. The court would act as per law in serving the summons.

immediately after summons served, you have to press court to take up for hearing... time cannot be stipulated

Since you have entrusted your case to your lawyer, just follow it up through him, dont be so impatient about other routine issues. Why should you know that whether the accused received the summons or not in advance. The court has fixed next hearing on some other date, you may confirm it on that day.
