Theres a gas pipeline passing thru my village land . They hv to pay 40% of circle rate. Now a ring road is passing 1 km away from my land. How will. My circle rate b affected. The compensation and tender for ring Rd is finalised

You first ascertain that who is acquiring your land and who will pay the compensation for the land acquired.
The authorities will decide about the compensation to be paid, if you are aggrieved then you can approach court for enhancement of compensation amount for the reasons you may rely upon

The competent authority of gas company where Indian oil, hp and BP r partners, is aquiring. What I meant that after ring road is passing 1vkm away there will b a change in circle rates n compensation

I was given a notice n told it's compulsory acquisition in national interest

Whether it is compulsory acquisition or otherwise, the acquiring authorities are required to compensate the land owners suitably as per the latest law of land acquisition, you ensure that.

Yes that's what I am looking for. Will ring road effect circle rates. When I got notice in 2021, ring Rd was not there, but they r paying compensation now
