Closure of limits

Sir My bank closed and released me no dues certificate on 25th july 2017 And On 14th aug 2017 has marked lein on some amount from my account as closure charges for that limit Is it legal in banking ?

Once closure certificate is issued they should not have done that. You can represent to Grievance Officer of the Bank or Ombudsman for proper remedy.

Write to the Bank for removing lien.
If no result, file consumer complaint.

I agree with experts, once NO DUES certificate has been issued, no lien will be in force. If the bank insists just ignore or move to court to restrain the bank from harassing and taking any action.

We have now filed complaint in rbi as well as national consumer forum
Now our no dues certi is of 25th july 2017 and banks debit advice is of 28th aug 2017
Sir can we file a police complain against the bank staff in this case ? If yes under what section ?
