Get consent, NOC from all Partners of the firm .
Get NOC & approval of that individual having the copy right.

The best procedure is to approach a Lawyer practising in Copyrights and to get the job done neatly by paying his professional fees.

Please be assured, none of the above experts have so far given you the appropriate answer.

Until and unless the transfer of Logo is not entered in the record of Copyrights Authority, the proposed transfer has no value in eyes of law.
