Dear Sirs,
I have filed a case of injunction and declaration in Bhopal Distt Court on which i had paid Rs. 5 lacs as a court fees, finally i have lost the case and court pronounced a judgement against me. Now i want to file an appeal in Jabalpur High Court, kindly tell me how much court fees i have to pay on filing an appeal.

The court fees differs from state to state.
It would be better if you engage a local advocate.

You have to pay the same court fee , what ever you have paid in the trial court.

True court fees differ from state to state.
True also again that much has to be paid in appeal also before high court,but what was the value of the property?????Sounds a bit more.

dear author., court fee for appeal is according to the valuation of your suit..
please just clear me one thing., 5.lac is court fee or advocate fees?

No doubt you shall have to affix same court fee which was affixed before lower court but it is strange to know that you had affixed court fee in injunction suit.
The valuation of the injunction suit remains below Rs. 200/- over which a prescribed fee of Rs. 25/- is sufficient in MP also. How have you affixed such large court fee is not understandable.
I think the nature of your case shall be of some other type like specific performance with injunction.
