Dda sfs flats courtyard

I would like to know that is it possible to convert dda courtyad into temporary room with fibre shed on ground floor. if yes then what formalities i have to done.is it possible without taking permission from my upper floors. please reply. thanks

it would be an encroachment . you better obtain DDA permission . if you cover and your neighbours complain then it will be demolished

u need to obtain the written permission from DDA in order to avoid any future problems.

You should obtain permissiion as advised above and NOC from your neighbours so as to avoid any issues in future.
