Respected Sir,
I mr umesh sujan from Rajkot Gujarat my Grand father (Nanaji) was expired in Delhi, at that time my birth was not their and now all en sisters were also expired, we have no knowledge about his death certificate and even we are not aware whether it was registered in 1958 or not, we are legal hairs of my nanaji now we want his death certificate from net i got one document of affidavit which shows that if we have not registered the date of death we can get death certificate from this affidavit can it be possible in Delhi if yes then what will be the process please guide me i am really in need of your suggestions. Thanking you and i am attaching the proforma of affidavit also.

I think it is not possible. You will have to approach the court to get death certificate.

Apply in Magistrate court under certificate of birth and death registration act.

First of all you have to search the relative records of office of Registrar of birth and death at Delhi. There are possibilities that you would be able to get the relative record / certificate.
If no record found, you have to trace the exact date of death with proofs and get it registered after following set / required procedure.

What for do you need the death certificate of your nanaji now, after 56 years of his death.
2. How can you claim to be his LR?
Net facility did not exist 56 years before today, hence no chance of availability of death certificate on net.
3. Did you personally approach Registrar of Births and Deaths records, where your nanaji expired in Delhi, concerned area officials.
4. Unfit query.
5. Consult a local lawyer.

What is the need for the death certificate after 56 years. Please convince the experts for giving some advice to you.

What is the affidavit you have seen in net?, why do you require the death certificate now? You may contact a lawyer for further advise on this.
