Draft of Deverse

Sir/Madam.

I have taken decision of customary diverse from my wife. The customary diverse will be made on Stamp paper before panch. So I need draft of customary diverse.

Can anyone give me draft of customary diverse?

Its not maintainable before court of law. So file a proper divorce before court of law.
