    Dear Sir/Madam, I am going to purchase a independant home with 2000 sq ft total area in village under Grampanchayat area of Solapur District. Electricity, water connection, grampanchayat tax, on only one persons name but she is third owner of this property, Please inform me what is process for purchase this property from legal and safe side owner and what documents need tobe check before deal. Sir/Madam please guide me in this matter from start to register on my name said plot. Talathi record, Gramsevak record which to be check and change after purchase. what is the better option to pay amount to owner. Please inform me legal procedre to purchase this property from this current owner. Hoping a helping hand at the earliest becuase i want to purchase within a week. so please help me in this regards.     Sir, please let me know that can a divorced muslim women who left her husband, who is highly educated and working, who is young and has no children, get alimony u/s 3 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986. can you please quote recent judgments. husband has already paid maher and iddat period maintenance at the time of divorce, and also given back all gifts and articles. your advice will be highly appreciated. thanks & regards, harassed man.

    Dear Sir, Please help me in this Issue My Grand Father died in 1990,He has 4 sons my father is one of though, after my grand father expired these 4 sons shared his father's property equally 3elders were taken a house and they given a plot to my father. and these 4 persons wrote an aggrement in the year 1990 in 100 rupees stamp paper only that to not registerd yet, in that aggrement they clearly mentioned the each person's shares they put their signatures in that.Now my father's share is valuable than these 3 persons. My father's two elder brothers were died . My father's first brother's sons are going to sale their propery ,and aggrement is also over now they are waiting for the registration. they didnt ask anything to my father .How can we secure my father's share please help me. I asked to a Register office document writer he told 1)first take a life of that 100 rupees stamp paper aggrement in R.D.O office and 2)first register on my father's name and next sale to my mother like that thay given a suggestion. please tell me sir this is the right way to go. please give me ur valuable suggestion.     Hi, I am a residence of Mumbai and got married to a girl from hyderabad. it has been only 14 months for my marriage. my bitchy wife who has been staying with her parents from past 5 months due to pregnency has filed 498 and couple of case on me and my entire family. we were taken to nizamabad jail and now we are back on bail. However during our firts attendence when we left the court my inlaws and friends caught hold of me and they started beating me. They also manhandeled my mom and sis. Can some one please let us know what steps can be taken to avoid this in future. Also my wife is planning to claim maintenance on me, so please advice what to do in this case. Thanks a million

    Sir, I am a muslim and only one son of my father(my mother is no more) and having three married sisters. My father is around 80 yrs old and is very weak mentally and physically. My sisters all together managed to take his land and property and got registered without my consent and knowledge. As I live away from my native place due to my service.When I ask my father he is just kept quiet. Pls advice me what I should do to save my ancestor property and house.
