Hi Mr. Aejaz Ahmedh, first of all I like to appreciate you, for your detailed and clear explanations on law, unlike other experts in this forum, because if any lay person like me logs in for any queries, most of the time the answers will be hardly in one line, for example if the query is regarding family property, then the obvious answer would be "FILE SUIT FOR PARTITION" and contact your local advocate, which any lay person can come to know, once if they go thru this forum. But you are giving answers point wise(in Bold letters) and extending your support by answering all the questions, what we people, like me expect from this forum. And i like to condemn(if am not wrong, also forgive me if i am rude) the experts who dont have patience in answering the peoples queries, if they dont have patience in answering the queries, then i really wonder why they volunteer themselves in forums like this. I hereby request to the forum experts to avoid answers like "contact your local advocate" which is absolute non-sense,(if people know to contact the local advocate, why they come to this forum?? is it making any sense asking the people to contact the local advocate to most of the second or third time asked questions, to my knowledge after going thru this website most of the questions asked in continuance with the first question will have the answer "contact your local advocate") which means the experts in this forum are not competant enough to answer the queries from the common people. I had a family property problem, for which I first registered in the forum and when I asked the queries i got answers in two or three words and when i asked for more queries, i was given some harsh Personal message answers and answers like contact your local advocate, that is what i am doing now for my family property problem, blindly going my local advocate's words, this forum has not at all helped me in answering my queries. I understand there are some times which really cant be answered in a broader sense and certainly needs regional or specific answer, only for that kind of situations, "contact the local advocate" answer will be suitable. Any way I like to stop my gyan with this and i like to appreciate you Mr. Aejaz Ahmedh for your unique way of support and please continue your support for years to come... "All the best!!!!"
