    HDFC bank has made my account NPA illegally,we file a case in DRT and got stay in April 2010,since than case is going against HDFC bank,HDFC has put my name in default list in CIBIL,can bank put our name in default list unless judgement is not passed or even during pendency of case,they have got power to put my name in default list in CIBIL.? What is remedy or which court or forum we should move for remedy to remove name from default list.

    Dear sir, This is S P Goel, from Delhi 9810101999, my wife lodged a petition in Karkardooma court under Domestic Violence Act, and demanding Rs 45 lacs and Rs 15000 per month, my monthly income is Rs 8000 from Interest, I am unemployed, house is in my name, judge advised me not to sell in first hearing. My elder son lives separate in Delhi , in ICICI bank Rs 18 lacs pa , earlier he was helping, she left house on 20.10.2010 younger son is a student. Please advise sir thanks s p goel, Delhi 9810101999

    sir plz tell guide me about the procedure of quashing in high court .both parties have to appear in court or only documents have to produce in the court ,or summons or notice will issue to next party how much time it will take
