    respected sir, My name is manish kumar my query is on service tax on hotel accomodation,eg hotel is charging room tarrif which includes complementry breakfast and also give extra bed charge which is also included in the tarrif is the whole amount liable to service tax or only room rent

    hello sir, Pl. help me on this issue. we want to sell one of our ancestral property. my father is no more but he has two more brothers. the problem is for selling this property, we need an noc from my sister who is settled in uk with her husband. She is ready to give noc but it will take a long time.Also we are not aware of the processor in uk. what are other options that are left to us. please help me urgently.
