    Sir, I booked a flat with a Navi Mumbai Builder 6 months back by paying 20% of flat basic cost...... It was agreed that rest amount will be given after registration and availaing a Housing Loan but after 2 months they sent me letters asking to release more money... but remain elusive as to when the registration will be done.... I confronted on the matter and they replied that they are cancelling my booking/ allotment... but never gave anything to me in WRITING.. also when they kept me saying that they cancelled my booking... they were TOTALLY silent on the 20% amount refund issue... Note: I have many atimes Emailed (on their contact ID) and FAXED my inability to pay the rest 80% money without registration (in response to their letters whenever I got... but they never cared to reply those letters and they say that I am troubling them...) There was no cancellation clause etc. while booking.... What can be best done to get out of this soup.... (akcnowledging their strong arm twisting ways)........

    I am planing to by one site in bangalore.Its DC converted and approved by gramapanchayath and a khata issues from panchayath .In the Layout plan site number is missing and another one site number is repeated.Due to this there is mismatch in boudary of the site between lay out plan and Deed agreement.and in the Deed agreement the address of the seller is missing.there are three previous owners . One of the lawyer told me that rectificaton needs to be done but the previous two owners are expired.and rectification is diificult.Is there any possibility to correct typo error in the layout plan.All three boundaries of the site is correct but in the east side the site number given in deed and lay out plan is different. Please give me advice on this

    sir i had made an agreement for sale of my family property with a person. we made a agreement of paying 5 lakh in advance , half of the full amount by 3 month & rest by next 3 month, in document. but as the person was introduced by knowing person , by word we made a agreement of paying 12% of total amount in first week & rest periodicaly , but these condition's in word , was not said in the document. now we realize the person purchsed from us is a dealer, & he is trying to sale our property to another person & he havn't paid a single amount other than advance . now it's only 45 days over from the date of agreement. we had to get the amount periodicaly , which we made a deal in word, other wise there is no need of sale. so can we cancel agreement by waiting for 3 month & refunding the advance amount
