  • R S RATHORE says : registered plot not being allowed to sale by narne
I bought a from narne Estates, plot no 33, block F, sector II, situated in survey no 24 of East City of Rangapur Village, Bibibnagar Nagar Mandal, Nargonda District, Andhra Pradesh in 1990. The plot is registered in my name but to date I have been unable to sell it as the land is under dispute. The builder continues to charge Rs. 1200 per year as maintenance charges for ensuring the security of the plot. I am interested in sellling the plot so would like to know if I can sell it or is the land really under dispute. If I can sell it then what is the current price of it. I am fed up of the endless wait and am desperately looking for legal advise on what should I do and how to recover my money. I would appreciate all the help I can and if I need to go to court in this regard who can help me do so. Thanks.

  • shashikanth says : Purchase of beach property in Mangalore, Karnataka
I saw an advt for sale of beach property in the news paper yesterday. I called the landlord to know more about it. He told me that the property does not have a RTC(RECORD OF RIGHTS, TENANCY AND CROPS) and hence the way i could buy it is that he would give me the power of attorney when i make the payment. So my question is 1. Will this setup of taking the power of attorney without registration cause any problem in future. Problems such as, file cases against me for share etc. Whats are the risks. 2. Will i be able to apply for RTC once i get the power of attorney. 3. Will there be any problem for the govt bodies in future since this is a beach property. This property is in Mangalore, Karnataka Your response and advise will be much appreciated.

  • vaibhav negi says : Drawing Two Pensions with two different Names
Hi, My mother got state government job (Teacher) after marriage, in which the original Name was written in all of the documents i.e, kala devi (kala devi is written in all marksheets and graduation certificates). After a few years my father got expired (he was in army) at that time My mother-in-law (my dad's mother) wrote in the documents (of army) a different name(because at that time my grandmother used to a nick name) which was , Smt. Poonam. So from that time (about 28 years ago) till now it got the same name(Smt poonam Devi) in the pension which is obtained on behalf of my father. on 2008 my mother also got retired from primary Teacher Job. The biggest problem is that my mother was not aware of this thing, that in future it would be more paining, and now All the bills(electricity, water, pen card, voter id and in ration card) have the name Kala Devi. But the bank (SBI, in which my father pension comes) is saying that attach the proof of Address in which there should be a name in which Smt Poonam is mentioned. in few months there would be a unique Id, exists, then it would be more paining, because i know in future this thing (two different names with same residential address, drawing two pension would collide) how this problem can be resolved?. My mom is so tensed, as someone said that in army if they find this fault, they would stop the pension and also would recover whole of the pension they have given to us since my father death. Please Guide Me, I am not finding a way, your guidance would be highly appreciable. Thanku.
