Akshat says : Sale Deed and Agreement of Sale
In my agreement to sale which has been registered, it has been mentioned that "this agreement shall be deemed and considered as sale / conveyance-deed on compliance of all the terms and conditions mentioned hereinabove" It was also mentioned that the full and final payment should be done within 30 days from the date of registration of this agrrement to sale. However, I made the payment in 60 days. Also, it was no where mentioned what would be the terms and conditions if I failed to make the payment within the mentioned 30 days. So, my question is if I am having full and final payment receipt by the seller bearing the date corresponding to the 60th day after date of registration, then I don't require to execute sale-deed or I have to execute sale-deed as I have not made the payment in the mentioned 30 days limit.? Please assist. Thanks for all the help.

A charge sheet was given in Jan 2007 to me and after inquiry a penalty/Censure was imposed on me as on 9/10/2009. Further I have made an appeal to the appellate authority and I was exonerated from all the charges in Aug 2011. I have given a departmental interview for the promotion in 2006 and 2008 and qualified both the interviews.But due to charge sheet the letter are kept in sealed envelope Will the department give me promotion with 2006 without considering the imposition of penalty which was imposed against me by CVC approx 2 years for which I was later on exonerated in Sept 2011?

sweta says : Death of compliant after framing of charge
A criminal proceeding under 156(3) is going against me. after framing of charges the compliant had died. The opportunity for the cross examination has not been given to me due to the death of compliant . Can acquittal at this stage possible?
