    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    My friend is getting divorced and is receiving a compensation of 10 lakhs in form of demand draft ie: (50/50) 5lakhs on first notion and second 5 lakhs on second notion.So she wants to know that when she deposit the amount in saving bank account, is that amount will be taxable, if yes then how much she need to pay and what is the procedure. Also, she would like to know that is their any way through which her compensation should not be taxable.

    Sir, i bought a shop in the year 1990 in agra . and i have agreement of that purcase .. but in the year 1999 the landlord sold the property to other .. and they charge rent from us 700 per month ... in the year 2004 my neighbour sell the shop and gave 25% to landlord .... but now i want to sell shop but landlord is not agree for sell .. and he says to charge 30000 from new tenant and also 25% of sale value.

    Sir, The Section 4& 6 Notification were on 26.09.2007 and 25.09.2008. The Award was passed on 24.09.2010. I kept representing requesting for release of land. Got assuring replies. On 02.06.2014 I was told during my personal visit to Govt office that my case had been rejected on 01.03.2013 . Is filing Writ Petition within permissible period?
