Dear Sir, Earlier we had bus service and for that we are paying 600 Rs. for the service . since last 1 and half years the service is closed but still the are charging the service fees what we have to do

My father buyed a property under the name of my elder brother.He buys the plot in 1973 in which he buyed half plot under the name of my mother and half under the name of my elder brother.My elder brother was 24 years old at that time and was working with my father,he did'nt had any source of income.He lives with my father only.So,can i make a claim to that property which was buyed by my father under the name of my brother?

Hi Sir, Hope you are doing well ! I worked for an IT firm and I filed resignation there on 22 Dec 20 & they marked my LWD as 31 Dec 20.But instead they relieved me on 1st Jan 21 due to which 16 EL's got lapsed. Also,as i worked in the org for 2.5 years ,i should be getting Service compensation(SEZ allowance ) under Section 47 of the ANDHRA PRADESH/TELANGANA SHOPS AND ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 1988 which they are denying to give. Kindly help me what should i do for the same. Thanks.

Dear Sir, Good afternoon we have a land on hisar delhi bypass comes under controlled area of town planning deptt and the registry of the land (in 2 parts) is under gair mumkin and tibba so we want to construct a shed over there for commercial use buafter completion of shed we got the notice from town planning deptt saying that no construction can be done on this land and asked us to remove this structure. so, i want your suggestions regarding this matter. please help us. Thank you in advance.
