    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    Respected Sir, I am accused in a case U/S IPC 467,465,426,420,120B with 02 other members (Who are principle accused).     Dear Sir, Married daughters are getting nothing due UPZALR from lago land and parents are writing will in favour of their male children for non agro.. Its sort of gross in justice. Can decision of UP Govt about implementing UPZALR in place of HSA 2005 can be challenged in supreme court on "gender injustice towards women by UP Govt" plea? October 16th 2015 judgement of supreme court on the matter sounds favorable. Best Regards
