Sir, my query is why the text of the judgement is different in the printed law report and on the official website of the SC.

you advise me sir for filed an injuction against such coparcener ,so pls tell me in which court it may apply. which megistrate is empowered for this. and also told whether to file such injuction is adequate under the condition of law . pls detailed this .Because i am just newly licenced for an advocate & at present i am pursuing LL.M from K.U.K.

Dear sir, I want a format of Irrevocable Power of attorney to take away a persons right in a partnership firm, Why i wanted his power of attorney is that he has filed a mining application before the department and the same is in the verge of grant, for that my client has to finance. For that my client has made an agreement with him and by that understanding the other party is ready to sell all his interest in the same by accepting consideration. The application is filed in the name of the individual name of the opposit party it is not possible to change his name at this point of time as the law provides such change. Hence my client want to safe guard his interest and process in his name only. Kindly sent me a draft copy of this type of special power of attorney. thanking you, yours faithfully, Rameshchandran

aj says : abettment to suicide
actually the person who died was suffering from mental illness n jealousy. we have 2 days hospital record of psychiatric illness nd was delusional and sensitive. he remained depressed for around 15days after he heard about his failure in exam.he also tried suicide on that day bt was unsuccessful and treated in hospital but without any documentation. he used to live nd study with these two guys only but it cant be proved with any written document besides some photos and oral evidence of some other friends. there is family history of psychiatric illness and unfortunately we dont hav any evidence. they are completely innocent and we want to save them at any cost. moreover their anticipatory bail plea was also rejected in high court.
