For an HUF having properties in two states, whilst division one member getting the property in Mumbai and the other 4 getting an undivided share of a property in Vapi, Gujarat. Kindly guide as to - 1. Should the partition deed be executed fully encompassing both the properties in one deed, or two deeds so as to facilitate the registeration and transfer of these properties differently in both the two states? 2. What would be registeration charges on these properties - Full rate of 6% or a differential lowere rate?

Dear Sir I am residing at Tamilnadu. My father expired on 2000 after writing aregistered Will during 1995.My mother died before he died.I have two sisters.I am a only son to him My had indicated in that Will that he had settled all my 4 sisters by way jewels and cash .Since he settled them as above,he had given rights to me to enjoy property. Even after 1995, my father used to give them cash and some land register on them.In spite of all, whether my sisters can claim equal rights in the above said property in the Will as i have not done name transfer from my father ? and they are married before 1995 . In fact I am Physically handicapped person Hence my father has given this rights in these property . Then whether can i change name transfer using this Will and whether this Will is enough to do name transfer

i have a moot court on 29 and a need your help / advice aperson over a property dispute shoot mr x who jumped frm balcony and the bullet so fired hit him on his leg the friend of the accused who was with him that day advised him to take the body and hide it . but in a coupe of days the dead body was located now the accused is charged with murder , criminal consipiracy , destruction of evidence , under arms act how can i defend his case so that he is not punished in sec 300 and get less imprisiment. can i give some cases to support him and wt will be that ?
