Please advise how to register my firm and what licenses i need to acquire and also from where.?. Can i register my firm online and under which category i need to register my firm . sir i want to know that equitable mortgage is created in notified area. how do we get to know whether area is notified or not? if mortgage is created in area which is not notified than what will be the status of mortgages so created? is there any means to improve this error.

I'm a CEO of a company and a well educated professional. I was in relationship with a man for 6 years. We did not meet frequently but we were constantly on the phone. Sometimes to an extent of 13-14 calls a day. We did have a physical relationship though not proper intercourse. After 6 years i discovered that he is a married man. He has a wife who is illeterate and he comes from a fuedal set up and is torn between his children and me. He lacks guts to take initiative of divorcing his wife. This has distressed me emotionally to an extent that i feed like committing sucide. What legal action can i take and is it punishable. AT

Respected Sir Good Day. sir I am Mandar M.Tech from Bangalore. working as astt. professor at engg. college Ahmednagar. sir I need guidance abt property. I am married. having one sister who is also married. i am living with my mother and wife. my father is having MENTAL-IMBALANCE, PSYCHIC in nature. he is govt.servant retiring on 31 Aug 2013. he is not living with us. we are having property at Latur as 3 plots & building ( on my mother's name, she is living with me only and dont want to stay with my father). 4 acres land in the name of father but this land is received by him due to HERITAGE, ( my father has not earned the land ).
