I contacted over ph on 7/4/12. pl give me your advice, thanks. ///////////////////////// This is reg CHS in Mumbai. The Mah Govt passed the CHS Act and thrust upon the Managing Com of a hsg Society, the management of a Hsg Soc. There is never full co-op in any move by the MC.Most of the members are reluctant to come on to the MC every 5 years. The same MC is thus forced to continue or hand over the Admin to the Registrar. the costs are high and getting it back is a dream. why is there no order reg rotation of MC? In our soc one member(Y) purchased a big car and requested a parking lot.The soc requested one member(X) who has two cars to park one cark in front and make space for the new car. he(X) refused and has not even applied to the soc for allotment of space. The soc rquested him a few times but to no avail. The byelaw also requires that a request be made for allotment. X says that he has parking for many years and paying parking charges ,so it is his right to continue parking in the same slot eternally. The GB and the MC now have to take action acg to the parking rules formulated by the GB. What is the way out of the problem? Can X enjoy the same slots eternally? he parks http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/pro/?utm_source=experts&utm_medium=triangle&utm_campaign=pronear the gate and others have to park deep inside and reverse all the way. thanks 1/4/2012
