sir, 11/10/2011 i have joined for 5 yr llb.I completed my first sem, but due to some health problem i cound'nt register for 1st sem examination,and i could not attend two months of second sem. I want to continue my degree what shall ido, can i file a writ kin High court, if so what evidences should i produce for file a writ kindly reply me with proper advice

Dear Sir this is to bring your kind notice that i have resigned from my company by putting two monts notice. sir i have recvd the salary slip for the month of sep 2011 but the amount has not creadited in my account,whrereas my last working day is 26th oct 2011. when i apporached then they told me that salary will come i Full N Final. So requested to you that it is really very difficult to survive without salry for two months, so pl suggest me that what to do. Regards Anil

Dear sir, there are total 10 witnesses statement were recorded on 08 tentative charge of an acuused in army. on 05 charges witness allegdly alleges the accused one other witness coloborate or say what witness is saying in other word no evidence found in summary of evidence. either documentary or any wiitness is there what witness says or any other witness colobrorate it. INSPITE of this Army is framing all 08 charges against the accused. Shall accused approach to Armed Forced tribunal to get quashed these 05 charges pl advice

Dear Sir, Recently I wanted to register a social and religious society in the state of Uttar Pradesh. I was denied by the Society Registrar Office, saying that religious societies are no more registered in this state. I wanted to know, is that true ? Is there any government order for it? sweta says : Death of compliant after framing of charge
A criminal proceeding under 156(3) is going against me. after framing of charges the compliant had died. The opportunity for the cross examination has not been given to me due to the death of compliant . Can acquittal at this stage possible?
