Hello, I am married since past 8 years, after a month of my marriage i started my business, till 4 months back everything was going fine( i was giving them money), then my health problem started, on continuous attempt of requesting my husband and parents in law to take me to a doctor, was of no use . When my husband and in laws realised i m getting bad to worse,they took all my jewellery and other valuable items,later they forcefully left me and my 6 yrs old son at my parents house, and during my stay at my parents house,my husband didn’t even called me or my son ONCE to enquire about our wellbeing . My parents got all my check up done,and has spend a lot of money on my medical treatment, i m having "Thyroid" (Surgery is also a possibility) What can i do? I really dont like my parents spending their hard earned money on me,which RIGHTFULLY is responsibility of my husband and in laws but they actually left me at my parents house like a garbage ...... Please Advise Please Help Aditi

dear sir, we are a family of four brothers and three sister. my father expired in the yr 1983, the probate of the will was obtained in 1986, and in the year 1999 the house where we currently live was transferred from my fathers huf to his four sons and my mother, this was done because in the will my father had written that his daughters dont have CLAIM INTREST AND SHARE in his estates in the property(also he had mentioned in the will that he would like to give his 1/6th share in the property to four of his sons). also we had orally partitioned in the year 1999 (we have no papers supporting the same) our house and place where each member would stay though there are no walls supporting the same now my sisters are threatening to claim their right in the said property because of the amendment in the year 2005, can they do it ? kindly help as we dont not want them to claim their right thank you also note the property in question was given to my father's huf by my grandfather via will

I presented a cheque in my bank and after 2 days they returned it to me with the statement saying CREDIT ENTRY IS NOT POSSIBLE. According to bank I have not sufficient balance in my a/c so amount can not be credited in my a/c while the drawer had sufficient balance in his a/c. Can I take legal action against the bank?
