i have done a particular master degree in engineering from A university , earlier the same master degree in engineering was under B university , in both the universities the syllabus as well as the teaching faculties were same , the persons those who have done masters degree in engineering from B university got promoted on the basis of masters degree but now the persons those doing masters from A university are being questioned by the interview panel just because the board of studies was different in B university and board of studies is different in A university , in this case , what should the persons those who have done from A university should do .

sir, we r five brothers and three sisters. we have a common business(bricks), apart from the landused for business, we have a good amount of land that remains vacant. my brothers(all) use to rent those land for temporary shops, the problem is that they use to rent it without even consulting me, further they negotiate the price themselves and keep all the money themselves. never give a penny to me, when i opposed they are bullying me that they have big connections and they will impose false cases against me (like i am giving mental tensions to my mother, i am harrassing them , sisters are also supporting them to impose false cases etc.). further they have now started a factory in the other remaining part of the land. what can i do, how can i get injunction on the land orthe ways in which i can get the share of rent. plz suggest some legal actions.

hello, i have query behalf of my father accident.in 2003 my father was accidented with one tractor.in acc. my father's leg was injured and he are not able to walk without steek or walker.than my father not going on work propoerly my father suspended by diractors.and thare after sustain them.so, there after that gives him high pressure and 2007 he was dead by heart attack. at this date 31-5-2010 we don't getting properly insurance money how much claim we able to getting? in ahmedbad operationed to him and 1-2 year later septic in leg many rupees goes but not feeling good. and than he dead for heart attack.so what we are do.when we get caimp money tell us my father's monthly income was 30000 and main person of our family.and today case not coming on board, and insurance company plan to settelment and not give us claim full money.

Hi I am in a private bank,which comes under Shop & Establishment Act, After my resignation, i have been asked to serve three months notice period , whereas i need relieving in this month end only.However I have my PL accumulated as of now around 60 for which i had instructed my HR to adjust against 2 months notice period and rest for one month i 'll serve here. Please help me that is there any binding that i have to be here for 3 months or can i fight against this .
