Sir, I am a sister of a illfated brother. My brother is a Software Engineer and had an affair with a girl of Delhi which was accepted by our family. Due to his work he was in Gurgaon, Haryana. After one year of relationship my brother changed his company and went to Hyderabad. The girl was very suspicious. She always thought that my brother had relation with anpther girl (Which is completely incorrect). In puja vacation my brother came to Cooch Behar our native town. And at that time the girl committed suicide (2004 November) leaving a letter in which my brother's name is nowhere mentioned. In 2005 my brother again came back to gurgaon. In August, 2005 (i.e. 9 months after the incident) the parents of the girl lodged a complaint against my brother completely on a imaginatory ground. We are completely helpless now. The case is running in the session court for the last 4 years. They have only 4 witnesses but to harrasse my brother they not coming to the court on the due date taking date after date. Now the lawyer has applied for quashing in High Court. What is the merit. Please suggest if there is any other way to get out him. Because the case is baseless, they dont have any proof

Please advise me-- "I joined as dy director on 30th oct 2008 at DGMS, under ministry of labour and employment.Thrteen selections were made I stood at the top, therby assigned seniority no 1.Our basic was 21900+GP 7600=29500 Now after oner year some of my counterparts who belonged to Mini Ratna company were given salary protection ,since we all belonged to different govt companies and pvt companies (previous employer)our salary is set distinctly.. My salary is fixed as 24400 basic+ 7600 GP=32000 whereas four of may juniors are at 39100 basic+ gp 7600= 46700 salary diff here is approx 15000 per month..despite of being seniormost my juniors have surpassed me substantially. As per norms now they shall be given preference in quarte allotment etc. being higher in basic they shall get priority. I want to resolve this iisue legally...please help and advise ... I wish to hire one lawyer to file a pettion at CAT, delhi

hi i am anil i have question how criminal case to be file ? its matter of signature i have certified copy of handwriting expert ,i would like to know whats the next procedure to file criminal suit against frauds? when my unmarried uncle died in 1997 , he has one site which my father bought it in my elder uncle's name in the year 1972 .1997 said uncle died . my younger rand and his 3sons has created unregistered will in there favor and forged the signature now i have the hand writing experts report is clearly mentioned admitted signature is not tallying the disputed signature. will dated 06.06.1996 they submitted will in 2007 now . i would like to know what step i have to take against the culprits. best regards anil g rao
