    sir guide--X enters into an agreement for sale of a flat with Y,with consideration as Rs. 100000/-. later X executes a deed of conveyance but does not register the same,WHICH BEARS NO REFERENCE OF THE agreement for sale, in favor of Y,showing consideration as 60000/-.X destroys the original agreement for sale.Y files a suit for specific performance for registration and possession,relying on the executed deed. can X produce the xerox copy of the agreement for sale, WHICH IS NOT REFERRED IN THE DEED, and claim balance 40000/-

    I am a Muslim Govt employ. I was married to a Muslim lady in 2007. I served Divorse to her in 2009, which she refused to accept. In 2010 she filled a case for Restitution of Conjugal right,IN RCR the lady has prayed for Status Quo (interim order) for my Second Marriage,which she was given. I married Is it a valid court order to issue Status Quo for a Muslim Male for Second marriage. They have now applied for Contempt of Court against me.Is Contempt applicable ?

    Sir,I have a commercial shop in Mumbai which is on Pagdi system. I pay the rent to the landlord. But the propety is on Collectors land. My query is if the property goes for redevelopment under Mhada's SRA scheme will I get the shop in the new building as I have proof like rent receipts, electricity bill and the Shop and establishment certificate of my staying there since 1998 and not from 1995 as required for the SRA Scheme.
