On the outset,I would like to thank you for your immediate reply to my query. The folowing is the case in detail: MR.X was a bank employee and purchased a plot and then had taken home loan from the bank to construct Gr.floor later on Mr.X,s wife with her own monies constructed First floor and both are paying property tax individually for each floors Mr X was deceased in 1998 instate while in service ,leaving behind wife, 1- unmarried daughters and 3- married daughters. Wife of X later on paid the unpaid home loan due and the bank returned the property documents.The original property documents were misplaced and she was unable to find it, so she has given a police complaint and taken an FIR copy and obtained certified copy of the document for sub-registar office. Now she wants to sell the house and the prospective buyer wants to take a loan from the bank and do the sale agreement.Tha bank insists that as the original property documents are mis placed and the the title has to be established so they want sucession certificate or legal heir certificate to get loan and buy the house.Please suggest a way out without applying for certificates and if it a must to apply for the sucession or legal heir certificate what is the procedure adn time taken. Please note that Mr.X's wife is paying property tax since 1978 and the muncipal permission for first floor is also on her name.Please help me in the matter and oblige

Sir, In a country where the Supreme Court still gives death sentence, do you abide by the judgement by the Mumbai High Court? When we know every breath that the innocent takes shall be painfull to him and even the mother is willing to part away with the child why are we against this decision? Is painfull life better than death?
