    mai 29 yrs old ek ladki hun,or pichle 3 shal se ek ladke se payar karti hun,ab usne mujhe bataya ki wo married hai or do bache bhi hain,puchne pr usne bataya ki uski wife achi nahi hai or uske ghar walo ne bhi mujhe yehi bataya ki wo achi nahi hai,hum shadi karna chahte hain,per uske ghar wale bacho or duniya ka wasta de rahe hain isliye wo confused ho rahe hain,per mai uske bina nahi rah sakti kyunki hamara rista bahut aage badh chuka hai,wo bhi nahi rah sakta per gharwale confused kar rahe hain hum kya kare,pls advise me mai bahut paresan hun,unki wife janti hai hamare bare me & ready to except our relation.pls cope up me from the situation pls i,m waitng your reply,pls send me your replies soon

    hello sir, please advise me.on 5 march 2010 i bought a house on auction under SARFAESI ACT being the lone highest bidder and my price being over reserve price my bid was accepted n i was given a letter asking me to deposit 25% of sale price on the same day n remaing 75% in next 15days ie by 20/3/2010.(((it had a clause stating the bank can cancel my bid before i deposit the remaining 75% amount))) i deposited the remaining amount beforehand ie on 12/3/2010 n asked the bank for releasing sale certificate as per SARFAESI ACT the bank people didnt give sale certificate instead when i gave them an application for the same on 29/3/2010 on 30th march i recievd a cancellation letter dated 27 march with a check dated 25 march cancellation letter of the bid(earlier accepted and fully paid already) after 10 days of the deadline!!! and 18 days after full money deposition!!! with a payorder of the whole money by courier.it says"the bank has decided/authority has decided not to sell the property" the bank has cancelled after my depositing the whole amount which is against its own clause what should i do to get the sale certificate n the possesion of property.please advise.....thanks so much for your attention n time....

    I got married in the year 2003.In the year march'2009 my wife has given a complaint to amritsar police to register a FIR against me under section 498a, 406. However police has given us a clean chit to us. Registered copy is available withus. Now my wife has moved into court and court has summoned us under section 498a and 406.     i am having account in bank of india. bank had debited the 11043/-(10-4-2007) for insurance premium but they purchased the policy of 8878/- they take refund of the money from insurance company after 2 yrs of rs 2370/-(3-3-2009).while a theft took place on 31-1-2008. and i had informed the bank same day with all the documents ( i had reciving also ) . they didnt launched the claim . while i had a loss of 700000/-.when i bring this matter with headoffice/zonal manager of the bank .they just refund the premium diffrence.and didnt concerened about my loss .the issued me a notice demanding 23 lakh rs under surfaci act (santioned limit was 30 lakh) on 2nd may 2009. ihad deposited 7 lakh to bank after the notice . now i had to pay 16 lakh to the bank . the account was being N P A (due to non renewal ). bank was never intresed in insurance claim. the access amount diffrence was noticed by us. while we had other policy also regarding which is valid that time and bank is also familier with that. they can guide us to take claim with other policy also .but they didnt noticed the same as they want to hide the fact that the stock is not insured while they debited the premium.i had launced complaint with R B I ombudsman . now guide me what to do next . as bank is putting pressure on me to pay dues and not saying any thing about my loss. they want to recover their 16 lakh only. while property hypo is more than 1 crore
